Sex & Nudity

  • Some women who work in the red light district of Amsterdam are seen briefly they are wearing lingerie but no nudity or sexual activity is seen as a male is led to the room however some sexual moans can be heard in other rooms.

  • A blindfolded man murders a hooker by breaking her neck.
  • A man gets both of his legs cut off with a scythe, a severely disfigured man stomps on his head untill it's flat (extremely gory).
  • During an hallucination a man sees his wife lying on an operating table with her innards exposed.
  • A man gets cut open with an scythe, his entrails fall out and he attempts to push them back into his stomach.
  • A girl murders her abusive father by burning his trailer with him in it, it appears that she also accidentally killed her younger brother who ran into the burning trailer. His screaming can be heard.
  • A woman looks into a puddle and sees her reflection coming to life, her reflection uses a knife to cut into her own face. The woman panics when suddenly a arm appears who pulls her into the puddle, the woman dies by drowning.
  • A few bloody bodies can be seen hanging on hooks, it appears that a disfigured murderer uses the blood of his victims to make the mill turn.
  • A man gets a rope twisted around his neck, a disfigured man pulls the rope with force. The man gets decapitated.
  • An asian man gets stabbed to death with a pocket knife.
  • A man gets his throat slit by a young woman.

  • Swearing can be heard during the film and they are usually expressed in a way of anger

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The appearance of the disfigured man could be considered as frightening to some.
  • There's spooky visual scenery, including a decrepit mill and a bus stranded in the dark.
  • The subject of sins and regret for sins may upset some viewers. We also see that even characters who express genuine remorse, or who committed no sins (a little boy) are pursued by an assistant, as well.
  • A little boy has his fate left unknown at the end of the film. He's presumably killed, as the film cuts off before anything can be explained.

  • A woman gets killed by having a iron hook rammed through her face, her corpse is shown being dragged into the burning mill before it completely collapses.

  • It appears that a man killed his wife and tells it to his son. This can be upsetting
