I also have great memories of Night Court. I speak as strongly as jpapanone, but, as I rewatch the ninth season, it's clear to me that the series was running out of steam.

I remember fondly Night Court.
But definitely not these episodes later in the season before the end.
Damn there is a lot to dislike.
The stenographer character is AWFUL.
Christine as a character is awful.
And even Harry is rough.
And Dan is just way over the top. By design, but... I guess it was fine before I had seen a lot of good comedy and really good tv.
Lot of...no need to ever watch again...episodes.
This is one of them.
