A former student shows up at his old high school to approach his recent ex-girlfriend. His plan: to shoot himself in front of her. A new teacher, having just completed his first day, stumbles upon the boy smoking. After being scolded multiple times by the teacher, the former student is enraged to the point where he pulls out the gun and puts it to his head. The teacher sees this and tries to calm him down before the situation gets even worse. And it does. The film also explores the relationship, similarities, and differences of another student, with problems of his own, to the former student.
