Many Christmas movies when it comes to romance have reoccurring themes. This film is no different in these respects. Stranded for Christmas, as it is in the title. Au Pair/Nanny finds love is included. Kids, family. And snow round off the list. What makes this so amazingly different is the cast, the storyline, and the pacing of the film. Much of dialog is about happy things and though sadness comes in and out from time to time it is smoothly woven within the on-going plot. The music was unique and even the classic Christmas songs were given a delightful twist. In all honesty I was touched so many time throughout the 90 minute journey I lost count. This is a definitely adding to my list for future holiday viewings.
