Have to admit I watched it twice due to my delight. At 72 this type of movie is not one I'd find interesting. However, after seeing Everly Carganilla in the Netflix seriesTHE CHAIR I wanted to see her again. To my surprise I found the movie to be far better than what I'd imagined. Thanks to Mr Rodrigues for his vision and execution. Films with violence dominate all other genres so the GOOD OVER EVIL theme never seems to generate much interest by comparison. The pace keeps audience engaged throughout with great visual effects and loads of humor. The film succeeds in its ability to promote strong family bonds, values and ideals such as honesty and integrity in a time when hatred and bullying is so much the norm.
It is refreshing to see such an upbeat movie. The content and theme certainly is not the only reason for high praise. The actors ALL had great performances and to my great pleasure it is evident that Everly Carganilla has hit another high. This movie should also be given high praises for its diversity and inclusion of minorities in every area in the making of this film.
