Great Feel Good Film!

Warning: Spoilers
So, I knew I had to see this when first advertised! It looked good!

The film follows Maurice Flitcroft, a dreamer and an unrelenting optimist, managed to gain entry to The British Open Golf Championship Qualifying in 1976 and subsequently shot the worst round in Open history, becoming a folk hero in the process! The film sees the highs & lows that Maurice, his wife & 3 kids go through as he goes on in his journey!

I found the film to be pretty good! It's story telling is beautifully illustrated & you really do feel for a Maurice who wants to make it big despite the world around him not sharing his enthusiasm! It's sad & funny too with some relatable moments in the film which we can all relate to! The film is pretty well paced with a runtime of 103 minutes!

Overall, it's pretty good film! You'll enjoy it the second you start to watch!

7/10.
