This 2021 horror remake of the 1982 cult film tells about a group of young women that become terrorized by a drill-wielding killer while at a lake house for the weekend. This starts ok, but gets a bit ridiculous or unrealistic after 30 or more minutes. A few of the characters are very dumb and have no common sense. The film does have gruesome kills and some exploitation much like the original. It's a mediocre remake, but I'd still give it a view at least once if you enjoy the original.
