I really really wanted to like this movie, but it's so saccharine and silly that I just couldn't buy in. The most distracting oddity is the happy optimistic almost-always smiling heroine. Just unbelievable and hard to imagine anyone really getting romantic with her one-dimensional cardboard characterization... if you want real Hallmark feel-good, this isn't it.
