Slick, good-looking spy spoof which also functions rather well as a legitimate James Bond-type action movie with sci-fi elements. Often funny, at other times overly talky; the finale is pretty crazy. Andrea Howard is very attractive and sophisticated as Agent 22 - why was her career so short? **1/2 out of 4.
