What could have ended easily as just another high school horror flick was surprisingly dark and unsettling (esp at parts in the beginning). A beauty obsessed dad and a grieving mum next to partly shallow friends are not the best environment for an insecure teenage girl fighting her own demons. This demon or spirit (or in my interpretation the bond of the 2nd twin who was killed right after birth) connects again with the lead character and creates quite some havoc.... the Movie takes Inspiration from Carrie or orphan but also finds his own identity. The 1st hr I found really convincing and creepy. Towards the end it gets more and more chaotic... (maybe a reflection of her mind no longer being able to deal with the whole situation).
