The film opens in Romania where a vampire virus is developed. An infected patient bites a staff member who manages to escape. The film then comes to the US where Jennifer (Natalie Martins) who never goes out, goes out and is seduced and bitten, Yes we see that coming.
People get bitten, but they don't have any real super powers other than that mirror thing. Held my interest for most of the way.
