Yes, it certainly is. Back in 2011, a young Ari Aster released this graphic, Tim and Eric-esque comedy short for the website "Funny or Die". The short film revolves around two young men who tell jokes and one of them pitches a new product called "Tino's Dick Fart", a device that allows you to transfer your fart to your genitals. What ensues is a weird and low budget commercial narrated by Aster.
Carefree and stupid, this film is fun to look at as a time capsule piece.
