Who Shot Pat? (1989)
1/10
Come for Sandra Bullock, stay for the weird. Or vice versa.

Warning: Spoilers
That's actually a misleading headline...

...I honestly wish folks could have my experience of happening across this strange movie by accident... thinking 'man, this is the worst 50s movie ever made. What is this? Someone's lame effort to capitalize on the Happy Days craze post-Grease? It feels like it was made in 1979. Until Sandra Bullock shows up- throwing you for a weird loop.

SPOILERS AHEAD:

The other commenters are right- this movie is just awful. A bunch of Greasers types hanging out. Sometimes it's serious. Gangs v gangs and those kinds of concerns.

And sometimes, the guys are dancing back and forth across the frame trying to impress a girl who is portrayed as simply not noticing. Hammy on-the-nose attempts at comedy.

The plot, such as it is, revolves around one of the gang who's gotten hit (non-fatally) by a stray bullet. But for all the hand-wringing on this point... it turns out Pat was doing target practice in an enclosed space and, via ricochet- shot himself. Derp derp derp derp derp.
