We hear rhythmic moaning coming from a pool cabana and then see a man and a woman having sex: he lies bare-chested on a table, and the woman is fully nude and we can see her bare breasts and abdomen, hips and legs and part of her buttocks; the woman thrusts while straddling the man, they both moan, and he climaxes.

A man states that if he's going to die early, he's going to do what he does best, adding "get laid" and then "If I'm dying, I'm trying." A man's swim trunks are slung low enough to reveal the top of his buttocks. A woman wears a tank top and panties (cleavage and a small part of her buttocks are visible).

Arond the pool area, a woman is seen bare breasted but puts her bra on.

Many women in and around a swimming pool are shown wearing bikinis and men are wearing swim trunks. Several women wear low-cut tops that reveal cleavage.

A teenager wakes up from a nightmarish premonition, shirtless in bed with another who's in a shirt and panties (the latter only partially/briefly seen), and comforts him by rubbing his bare chest. The next morning, we see her dressed the same way, but we have a full rear view of her small panties as she stands.

A car drives over a handheld tool that is on a raceway causing the car to lose control, flip over and crash in flames into crowded bleachers (we see people thrown by the ensuing explosion and others are running)

We see damaged racetrack bleachers and rubble and then see a flashback to the accident that killed many people (we see people being killed in the same manner as listed above).

A man falls backward and is impaled through the back of the head and out the mouth by a wooden spike (we hear a crunch and see the bloody spike).

A man is impaled through the back and out the chest by a metal pole (we see the pole poke through his chest and there's blood at the exit point).

A woman in her car is stuck when a car wash mechanism is jammed, the car's sunroof opens, an overhead water pipe breaks and pours water into the car, the woman struggles to get up through the sunroof, the hatch begins to close again while her head is still out and it presses against her throat (she is pulled out and to safety).

A man is found hanging from a rope, he gags and twitches and the rope breaks (he's OK). He describes having tried to commit suicide by taking a bottle of pills that he threw up; trying to leave the car running in the garage but the car kept stalling; and trying to hang himself and the rope breaking.

Once again, the accidents are gruesome, but tame compared to the first movie.

A woman is struck in the head by a car tire, her head explodes and we see blood and matter, and remains of the head are separated from the body and an exposed vertebrae.

Two people are sliced at the waist by a flying piece of metal (we see their torsos separate, with a lot of blood, from their legs and the pieces fall to the ground).

A man falls backward and is impaled by a wooden spike.

Two racist slurs are used in one scene, particularly by the first victim, calling George a "n*gger" and "chocolate" at one point.

Some graphic language but tamed down from the first two movies.

There is some crude R-rated humor. This movie borderline is a comedy because of some scenes, taming down a scary franchise.

15 "f" words, 12 "s" words, 2 slang terms using male genitals ("dick" and "prick"), 1 using female ones ("pussy"), 10 asses (6 used with "hole"), 3 damns, 2 hells ,and 2 of "G-damn.

A man reveals that he swallowed an entire bottle of pills, hoping to die, but threw them up instead.

A lawn guy on a riding mower is seen smoking, while one of Nick's visions shows a lit cigarette.

A man appears to open champagne for a man, a woman and himself, but then identifies that as cider.

A man drinks alcohol from a binocular flask; a woman seated near him asks for some and she takes a sip.

A young man drinks a beer.

A man reaches for a glass of wine and his hand shakes (he does not drink it).

A man tells people that he is a recovering alcoholic.

A young man starts having weird feelings and visions about the race and the stadium in which they're spectators.

The various sudden deaths might startle some viewers (although they're heavily foreshadowed).

The barber's chair that Samantha is seated in suddenly drops down to its lowest setting (in a tense scene).

Moderately intense. It's a horror movie, but again it's tamed down from the first two and is also way more comedic than the first three.

The deaths may be intense for some viewers and the effect of the following may be exacerbated when viewed in 3D (where available).
