Multiple simulated sex scenes involving full frontal nudity of a boy

We see a side view of a woman's groin and full-frontal male nudity of a 15-year-old character (but an 18-year-old actor) in a bathing scene. However, here are a lot of rears and upper female nudity images.

The sex scenes are, for the most part, played as montages, so we only catch glimpses of activity. A lot of extended scenes are before or after the fact.

We see a character vomit in the movie's beginning, he is diagnosed with scarlet fever. Another character helps him go home, and he makes a full recovery.
