Marvel Comics' Avengers famously have a constantly-rotating line-up. Now, the team has some perennial figureheads — Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor are the team's key trinity in both the comics and Marvel Cinematic Universe. But ever since 1964's "The Avengers" #16, "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" hasn't been as exclusive a club as the name implies. Avengers take leaves of absence, new ones join in the interim, etc. The MCU is currently discovering that movie audiences may not be as receptive to this revolving door as comic readers; there's a reason Chris Evans is returning in "Avengers: Doomsday."
The current "Avengers" comic series, written by Jed MacKay, started off with a very classical team line-up: Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Captain America (Sam Wilson), Thor, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, and Vision. In "Avengers" #18, MacKay (who is also writing "X-Men" right now) added Storm to replace the departing Thor.

What If…? might have started out as a great concept to explore alternate realities and story arcs in the MCU, but there has been a sharp decline in that concept due to multiple reasons. While it introduced some brilliant characters into the Marvel multiverse, such as Captain Carter, T’Challa Star-Lord, and Sinister Strange, it sort of fell off the table of interest when it decided to pursue an overarching narrative instead of the multiple stories that the series could have explored.

One such story that fans would have loved to see is a grander take on key moments in the MCU history. Such as, What If The Avengers Lost to Loki, What If The Other Half was snapped in Infinity War, or even more cerebral takes, like What If The Avengers Won Against Thanos the first time around?

While Avengers: Doomsday has changed a lot since it was first announced as Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, one rumour has continuously cropped up about Earth's Mightiest Heroes facing a Multiversal lineup of evil doppelgangers.
They've previously been described as the "Masters of Evil" and, according to scooper @MyTimeToShineH, the latest version of Doomsday will see "The Avengers will fight evil versions of themselves."
Whether this means Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr., for example, are pulling double duty as Captain America and Captain Hydra and Iron Man and Doctor Doom remains to be seen. That does feel like the direction this movie is heading in, though.
In related news, a new leaker on the scene, @BeyondReporter, has chimed in and repeated recent reports about Elizabeth Olsen reprising her role as the Scarlet Witch in Avengers: Doomsday.

There's not much that comic book movie fans agree on, but it seems everyone hates Captain America's costume from 2012's The Avengers. Something was lost in translation between World War II and the present day, but attempts were made to right the ship.
In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Steve Rogers wore his "Stealth Suit" from the comics before donning his old WWII gear. 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron then gave him a look that would carry through to the rest of his MCU appearances.
However, Ryan Meinerding, Character Designer, Creative Director, and Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development, tried to make things right the year before. In the newly released Marvel Studios: The Art of Ryan Meinerding, the artist confirmed the overhauled suit - which combines his 2012 and 2015 costumes - was cut from The Winter Soldier.
Here's an excerpt from the must-read book which is now on sale:...

2024 box-office winners and losers: ‘Wicked,’ ‘Inside Out 2’ bring the green, ‘Kraven’ shoots blanks
Movie theaters still have yet to fully recover from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which upended the industry in 2020 and 2021. Gone is the era of $11 billion domestic yearly totals, as was the case each year between 2015 and 2019. This calendar year, the total gross of all films released in the U.S. has topped $8 billion. That’s down slightly from last year’s $8.9 billion, but we still have a week to go. So what are the 2024 box-office winners and losers? Here is Gold Derby’s comprehensive analysis, from hits like Wicked to misses like Megalopolis.
Winner: It’s easy bein’ green
Wicked and Inside Out 2
In 2024, green was definitely in. Cynthia Erivo‘s Elphaba Thropp, aka the lime-skinned Wicked Witch of the West, and Liza Lapira‘s Disgust, the chartreuse emotion who keeps audiences gagging, appeared in movies that dominated ticket sales. Broadway musical-turned-movie Wicked has already reached $370 million...

Tom Holland’s portrayal of Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has brought fans numerous iconic moments. The threequel, Spider-Man: No Way Home, not only brought the three major iterations of the superhero together but also had some heart-wrenching moments for Holland’s Peter Parker.
Having lost Marisa Tomei’s Aunt May, Holland’s character almost kills the Green Goblin, only to be stopped by Tobey Maguire’s Peter Parker. Lost to his thirst for revenge, albeit temporarily, Holland’s character almost brings an end to Green Goblin.
However, even that moment is not the coldest we have seen Peter Parker act, as this House of M storyline may have gone a step further.

Six Major MCU Characters Recast: Reasons & Changes Explained (Photo Credit – Facebook)
The MCU is one of the biggest media franchises in the world. While all its movies and shows tell different stories, everything is connected in one franchise. Therefore, the MCU tries its best to retain the cast for their respective roles in whatever movie they work in. However, sometimes, the franchise is forced to recast some of its characters for multiple reasons.
Recasting a beloved character is no easy task; it requires balancing fan expectations while maintaining the continuity of the MCU’s expansive universe. Despite the risks, the MCU has handled these changes with impressive finesse, ensuring the story remains coherent and compelling. Over the years, Marvel has recast six characters in the franchise.

When Charlie’s Angels premiered in 1976, it wasn’t just another crime drama — it was a revolution.
For the first time, three women were the stars of an action-packed TV series, solving crimes, going undercover, and looking fabulous while doing it.
But beneath the glossy exterior of glamorous disguises and high-octane adventures, the show reflected the growing complexities of feminism in the 1970s.
(ABC/Screenshot)
It walked a tightrope between empowerment and exploitation, earning both praise and criticism.
Behind the scenes, contract disputes, casting shake-ups, and creative tensions added to the drama, while the Angels themselves became icons who transcended the small screen.
This is the story of how Charlie’s Angels broke barriers, set new standards, and left a legacy that continues to resonate.

One of Marvel’s most unique and ambitious projects, What If returns for Season 3 this holiday season. The animated show takes stories from the live-action MCU and changes a couple of story details to spin the tales off in drastically different ways. “What If… the Hulk Fought the Mech Avengers?” kicks off the third season of Marvel’s animated series. In this reality, it’s not Captain America and Sam Wilson that become best friends, but instead Bruce Banner and Sam Wilson. This allows for one heck of an homage from Marvel Animation. “What If…The Hulk Fought the Mech Avengers” airs on December 22, 2024.

We had heard that director Rhys Frake-Waterfield and producer Scott Jeffrey Chambers were planning to create a cinematic universe with the Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey films and other horror movies inspired by children’s stories, like Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare, Bambi: The Reckoning, and Pinocchio Unstrung. Then, Jagged Edge Productions and ITN Studios officially announced that this cinematic universe, which is being referred to as The Twisted Childhood Universe, is building up to the crossover movie Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble, which will be released in 2025. Now, JoBlo’s own Tyler Nichols has had the chance to talk to Chambers about their plans for Poohniverse – and during their conversation, Chambers revealed that one of the classic children’s story characters who will be added into the mix with this movie, which sounds like it’s going to be a total bloodbath, is Mary Poppins!

With the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the years, there's been plenty of merchandising capitalizing on all the hype surrounding The Avengers, such as the outstanding "Spider-Man: No Way Home" action figures from Marvel Legends. Though Marvel Studios is currently facing an uphill battle to get back to the glory it once had, both at the box office and with its biggest films, Disney knows that fans still can't get enough of that impressive run of interconnected blockbusters that fall under The Infinity Saga. And this year, the company has delivered a hefty collectible inspired by one of the most pivotal moments in the entirety of the MCU, courtesy of "Avengers: Endgame."

“Kraven the Hunter” isn’t just one of the worst comic book movies ever made, but a sign that the “superhero fatigue” that has been hinted at for years has finally begun to set in. If audiences finally show declining interest in films based on Marvel comic books, it will be because projects like “Kraven the Hunter” coast off of tangential connections to other characters that audiences might be familiar with. The laziness of “Kraven the Hunter” is glaring, as the film isn’t interested in doing anything to differentiate itself from the countless other anti-hero origin stories of the past few decades. If there’s anything truly noteworthy, it is that “Kraven the Hunter” is so incompetent that it is actually rather impressive that it was released in theaters, and not sent straight to a streaming service.

Kevin Feige started his journey with Marvel Studios very early in his career. His journey with the franchise has been inspirational and fascinating at the same time. Starting his journey with the franchise on 2000’s X-Men, he was hired as an associate producer due to his knowledge of Marvel Comics.

No one could have predicted then that he would become the president of the franchise, a position that he has held for over 15 years. He has become such an important part of the beloved series that he has very few credits outside of it; two, to be exact.
While Marvel is the reason he has gained the reputation he has, the actor did work on two films before he joined the franchise. One which ended up being a cult classic film, and one which could have caused him to want to join big-scale projects.

Television has long reflected society’s evolving expectations of women.
In its early days, the medium served up characters who embodied traditional ideals — devoted homemakers, charming sidekicks, or doting love interests.
But as cultural attitudes shifted, so did the women on our screens. Today’s female characters are unapologetically powerful, navigating morally gray worlds with grit and intelligence.

Spoilers for "Creature Commandos" follow.
The main villain of "Creature Commandos" has thus far appeared to be the Amazon witch Circe (Anya Chalotra) and her incel army, the Sons of Themyscira. (An island of only women? That's reverse sexism!) Circe's Sons have invaded the Eastern European nation of Pokolistan and want to kill Princess Ilana Rostovic (Maria Bakalova), a U.S. ally. So, Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) sent in the eclectic line-up that is the Creature Commandos to protect the Princess.
At the end of episode 3 — "Cheers to the Tin Man" — the Commandos defeat Circe, but after Doctor Phosphorus (Alan Tudyk) burns her, she drops a bombshell: she's trying to save the world. With the Commandos back in the U.S. in this week's episode ("Chasing Squirrels"), Waller interrogates Circe.

A first look at everything from The Avengers to Spider-Man: No Way Home came our way courtesy of leaked promo art and The Fantastic Four: First Steps is keeping that tradition alive.
A new piece of artwork has hit social media this evening and, while we can't discount the possibility of it being a convincing fan-made effort, it looks pretty legitimate to us.
As you can see below, each member of Marvel's First Family receives the spotlight while donning retro, comic-accurate costumes.
The world's smartest man, Mister Fantastic, is front and centre. Behind him, we get to see the Invisible Woman using her powers, the Human Torch taking flight, and a Thing that looks like he's stepped straight off the page. Behind them is what could be a side-on view of the Baxter Building.

Marvel Comics owes a lot to Stan Lee’s imagination, given that the late comic book legend was responsible for some of the most popular characters to come out of the Silver Age of comics. Stan Lee’s unique style, something that resulted in the creation of the likes of Spider-Man, The X-Men, and The Fantastic Four, was once brought over to Marvel’s biggest rivals, Detective Comics, to create versions of some of their most popular characters.

While fans and audiences are aware of the various origin stories of characters like Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, Stan Lee was able to put his own spin on these characters, such as turning Superman into a Space Cop and making Batman a professional wrestler. The stories were part of the Just Imagine… initiative, which saw a slew of other characters be reimagined by Stan Lee as well.

Marvel Studios is the leader of the comic book superhero movement right now. It's been that way since Iron Man first burst onto the scene in his 2008 solo flick, as the Marvel Cinematic Universe grew and expanded into a phenomenon unlike anything else in existence at the time. With The Avengers and a long-term threat for them to battle, audiences tuned into every installment throughout the Infinity Saga while the size of those audiences increased each time The Avengers returned to take on whoever stood in their way.
Marvel has a reputation for giving the fans what they want. From the epic, long-term storytelling that the franchise pulled off throughout the Infinity Saga to its ability to bring back beloved faces from Marvel's own past in the Multiverse Saga, few know how to deliver fan-favorite affairs quite like those in charge of the MCU.

While there were tentative plans for The Avengers when Iron Man was released in 2008, it wasn't until the movie's closing moments - with the mention of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Nick Fury's cameo - that we got a taste of a shared universe. In comparison, Superman will feature several other superheroes, leading to concerns it will end up being less Iron Man and more Iron Man 2.
Talking to ComicBook.com on the set of Superman this summer, writer and director James Gunn said those Justice League International characters all have important roles to play here and are not just throwaway cameos meant to rapidly expand the Dcu.

In the aftermath of the shocking success of "Venom" in 2018, Sony realized that the "Spider-Man" franchise could be even more fruitful than it had been. The multi-billion-dollar Marvel Comics property is, much like "Batman," an expansive world with hundreds, if not thousands of characters. And we're not even talking about the likes of The Avengers. Even limited to characters connected directly to Spidey, there is much to mine. In 2022, Sony tested the limits of that with "Morbius." What resulted was a meme-worthy superhero flop that is remembered best for "it's Morbin' time" jokes.
Against a $75 million budget, the delayed, troubled "Morbius" earned just $167.4 million worldwide, ranking as one of the biggest flops of 2022. It was also trashed by critics and caused Sony to hit the pause button on many similar planned spin-offs centered on secondary "Spider-Man" characters, such as Black Cat,...

A tense new American film will be landing in the UK carrying unintended innuendo. Sid James might have laughed but the studio won’t
From time to time, a film made in the US will reach these shores with a slightly different title. Ford v Ferrari, for example, was released in Britain under the name Le Mans ’66 due to prohibitions on using brand names in British films. The Avengers was called Avengers Assemble, for fear that people might think someone had remade the terrible Ralph Fiennes spy movie of the same name. Zootopia was called Zootropolis because Disney apparently enjoys arbitrarily messing with people.
What I’m trying to say is this: there is precedent here. If an American film has a title that seems like it might be problematic, or misleading, or offensive, or rude, producers have no qualms with just changing the name to something else.

Excitement for Captain America: Brave New World has risen significantly in recent days, in large part due to the release of a new "Special Look" and extended UK trailer.
Today, we have a new comic book cover featuring a closer look at the costume designs for both Sam Wilson/Captain America and Joaquin Torres/The Falcon. These two are expected to see a lot of aerial action in the movie but can Marvel Studios recapture the dynamic Steve Rogers had with Sam in their previous team-ups?
That remains to be seen but Captain America: Brave New World looks set to be one of Phase 5's most important releases as Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars draw near.
"Brave New World is a great title for this film," the main man himself, Anthony Mackie, teased earlier this year. "It’s a new beginning, and it’s a foundation on which Marvel...

Kevin Feige’s MCU will be bringing back Chris Evans for the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday and with the return of Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, it seems like Marvel Studios is grasping at all strings to deliver a blockbuster. Since Avengers: Endgame, the franchise has been stumbling hard and has only had some spikes in its graph.
However, bringing back fan-favorite characters who have had their arcs completed may not be the best idea to improve the MCU. While it may have worked with Hugh Jackman in Deadpool & Wolverine, Feige needs to do something else to make the franchise great again. Author George R.R. Martin may have given the perfect idea years ago.

In the past two decades, Marvel Studios has completely changed the face of cinema. Superhero movies were always a fixture of the Hollywood landscape, having found footing in the '70s and '80s with Superman: The Movie and Batman, but Kevin Feige's Marvel Cinematic Universe built out a whole shared universe full of them, starting with 2008's Iron Man.
In the years since, we've had multiple Iron Man sequels, and franchises built around both him and the other MCU heroes; all of which revolved around the Avengers movies, which served as the centerpieces of each Phase. And with the Infinity Saga ending so many of those chapters, and the Multiverse Saga starting new stories within that established world, the franchise is set to continue entertaining audiences around the world for many more years to come.

Safe to say that few people on the planet think about Deadpool as much as Ryan Reynolds, whose second-wind status as a hitmaker—and incredibly profitable actor-turned-producer-turned-irritating-Mint-Mobile-ads-guy—hinges almost entirely on his love of, and promotion of, the Marvel mercenary. So take it as a given that, when Reynolds says that Wade Wilson should never,...

Actor James Spader is known for his work on the hit crime-drama series The Blacklist. After rising to prominence as a television star in the early 2000s, Spader was already a household name by the time he appeared as Raymond “Red” Reddington in the NBC series. However, his popularity was further bolstered by his role in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

From 2011 to 2019, Chris Evans possessed the role of Steve Rogers, unlike few people in the comic book movie world could ever become. Eleven movies - nine lead roles and two cameos - and then Captain America gave up the ghost. And his shield to Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie).
"The Infinity Saga" is unlike anything we'll ever experience in theaters again, given the surgical precision of storytelling, character arcs, and plot connectivity over those years. Now that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the top cinematic franchise, with double-digit stacks at $29.8 billion, it's simple to understand Marvel Entertainment's mastery of moviemaking. Yet, the Halycon Days of The Mad Titan are gone. And we've been left for a lackluster ride of mild entertainment in the Multiverse.

Jeremy Renner’s portrayal of Hawkeye is a fan favorite in the MCU. His last live-action appearance was in the Hawkeye series, but he recently returned as a voice actor in What If…? Season 2, in the episode What If… Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?
There have been strong rumors in recent months about a possible second season of Hawkeye, which would bring Renner back into the spotlight. Renner recently attended the Red Sea International Film Festival (Rsiff) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he talked about his career and his health following a life-threatening snowplow accident.
On January 1, 2023, he was hospitalized after a severe accident at home with his snowplow, which caused blunt chest trauma and 30 broken bones. The 14,330-pound snowplow ran over him.
He was flown to Renown Regional Medical Center, had surgery, and stayed in critical condition in the ICU. On January 17, he was discharged and went home. Ten weeks later,...

A secret cast member has allegedly been running around with the behind-the-scenes of The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Speculations have been running wild as to who this actor could be, and more importantly, who could they be playing in the film.

Speculations have ranged from the character being Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man to Miles Teller’s version of Mister Fantastic. There is also a potent argument to be made for Ioan Gruffudd as another version of Mister Fantastic, perhaps the same one from Tim Story’s Fantastic Four duology. This could hint at the fact that The Council of Reeds will finally make its debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which could solve more than a few issues for the narrative.

After appearing in Deadpool & Wolverine, Chris Evans is dipping back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe once again for Avengers: Doomsday, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
Evans’ longtime collaborators the Russo brothers — who directed Evans in four films — are directing, with Robert Downey Jr. playing Doctor Doom. The film has a release date of May 1, 2026.
The actor played Johnny Storm/The Human Torch in Deadpool & Wolverine, reprising his role from a pair of Fantastic Four movies made by Fox in the 2000s. But he was best known for playing Steve Rogers/Captain America in the MCU, where he was a cornerstone of the universe.

Poor Nikki Glaser — they made her get up at the crack of dawn to zing the Hollywood patriarchy at the Women in Entertainment Gala 2024. Despite the early hour, Glaser got up in front of the most powerful ladies in show business and spewed all of the profanities we’ve come to expect.
Here are 10 of her harshest, most hilarious jokes…
1 What Number Am I?
“When I was told I had been chosen as one of the Power 100 Women in Hollywood, I was so incredibly honored. And then I said, ‘Which number am I?’ And they said it doesn’t work that way; you’re all equal. The early 2010s were an interesting time for the DC universe on screen. It was largely a period of transition. Warner Bros. experienced incredible success with Christopher Nolan's $1 billion smash Oscar-winning hit "The Dark Knight," while other projects were coming together behind the scenes. On the other side of the street, Marvel was putting together a full shared universe of films that would culminate in 2012's "The Avengers." Comic book crossovers were becoming all the rage. DC explored a pretty major crossover as Superman was, at one point, going to appear in 2011's "Green Lantern."
For those who may need a refresher, the film starred Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan long before he turned "Deadpool" into a smash R-rated hit. Martin Campbell ("Casino Royale") was in the director's chair. "Green Lantern" earned just $220 million at the global box office against a huge $200 million budget,...

The third and final season of What If...? is fast approaching, and Marvel Studios has just shared a new teaser offering a better idea of what's to come later this month.
While a lot of this preview is devoted to previous episodes - as a way of encouraging fans to go back and watch them - we also see plenty of intriguing season 3 footage. That includes Storm wielding Thor's hammer Mjolnir, the return of Mysterio, and Red Guardian assembling alongside The Avengers.
We still don't know whether What If...? will finally tie into the wider Multiverse Saga with this final season, though we'd imagine Marvel Animation will do something to at least tease what's to come in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. Well, hopefully.

Nowadays, comic book movies are arguably the favorite punching bag of the wider moviegoing community. These $200 million behemoths are fairly easy to criticize through out-of-context lines of pulpy dialogue and frames of questionable visual effects posted online, all while the films themselves continue to dominate studio budgets and box office sales alike. But whether you see superhero movies as the gaudy barrier to other types of films being successful or the summer blockbuster events that make movie theaters worth visiting, it's safe to say that, to some degree, we've all forgotten what really makes for a bad superhero movie.
The answer has evolved in recent years -- surely, after nearly two decades of uniform Marvel movies, some of us would welcome the late Joel Schumacher back into this genre with open, excited arms. While there are certain duds that defy the passing of time through their misguided attempts at appealing to comic book fans,...

Each week, we handpick a selection of stories to give you a snapshot of trends, updates, business moves, and more from around the creator industry. This week, one creator’s foray into digital goods went poorly, while another gave up his pixelated alter ego to try a more realistic approach.
Creator commotion
Red light, green light. French creators like Inoxtag took on the first Squid Game challenge (sans all the killing) to promote the upcoming second season of Netflix’s dystopian hit. But this wasn’t an ordinary game of creepy-Korean-doll-red-light-green-light; it took place in the middle of Paris on the Champs Elysees.
Typical Gamer’s wedding was not so typical. The Fortnite star streamed his wedding as he said “I do” to his partner Samara. Given Tg’s rapid rise in the Fortnite creation scene, I would say that a playable recreation of his wedding is the logical next step.

Uncharted is one of the best and most popular video game series of all time. Fans from around the world loved the adventures of Nathan Drake and have played all the games, still wanting more, despite the fact that the future of the video game franchise is actually unclear at this point.
In 2022, the game made a transition to the big screen in a big-budget movie starring Tom Holland as a young Nathan Drake and Mark Wahlberg as his mentor, Sully.
The movie received mixed reviews, and the fans were highly critical of the casting choices, but it seems that this is not stopping Sonny from continuing to work on a sequel.
We have known for some time that Sony was working on a sequel with Tom Holland returning, but it has been a while since we received any information about that movie, which had some of the fans worried...

In the gaming industry, competition within genres is always fierce, and Marvel Rivals is poised to make a big splash in the Hero Shooter genre. With its robust gameplay and star-studded lineup, it certainly has the potential to shine bright. However, there’s one major misstep in its strategy that could prevent it from ever truly rivaling Overwatch 2 — its selection of platforms. Specifically, the decision to skip past the Nintendo Switch in favor of macOS. Why macOS?

The Hollywood Reporter‘s Women in Entertainment event, presented by Lifetime, returned on Wednesday for its yearly celebration of Hollywood’s most powerful ladies.
This year, the star-studded event — which coincided with the publication of THR’s annual Women in Entertainment Power 100 — honored Nicole Kidman with the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award, highlighting a woman who is a pioneer in her field. Selena Gomez was also recognized with the Equity in Entertainment Award, honoring her work amplifying the voices of underrepresented communities in the entertainment industry. (See photos of the event.)
Inside the breakfast — this year held at the Beverly Hills Hotel — Nikki Glaser kicked off the morning, joking, “What better time to honor women than at 8 a.m., before the industry is even awake, in that coveted post-Thanksgiving pre-Christmas Hollywood dead zone? We are women in Hollywood, hear us roar!”
“Let’s just take a moment right now to really...

After first playing Red Guardian in 2021's Black Widow, David Harbour will reprise the role in Thunderbolts* next May. If this team is indeed anything like the Suicide Squad, then we don't have high hopes for him surviving and eventually becoming a New Avenger.
Still, Harbour has another comic book gig as he's currently doing the rounds to promote his role as Eric Frankenstein in Max's Creature Commandos.
Talking to CinemaBlend about the DC Studios series, the Stranger Things star expressed his belief that Thunderbolts* is part of Marvel Studios' recent turnaround. "Marvel is excited by its expansion, to a certain degree," he started. "And also, I think they're doing a bit of a course correction around getting too big, in a way, with the Disney Plus stuff."
"I'm very excited for you guys to see Thunderbolts*. Because I'm impressed with the direction they took that. And it's surprising. It's a real movie.
