Although there are some violent scenes, it is more of an action movie than your typical horror flick.
Spoon dies horrifically with his remains are shown being eaten by two werewolves.
Although some of the violence is bloody, it is all within context, and the movie does not center on the gore, it is part of the story.
A man gets his stomach ripped open and we see his intestines hanging out (he's still alive), and another man tries to fit it back in. Although this is somewhat bloody, it is somewhat of a comical scene, as the guts are not fitting back in.
A man stabs his knife through a werewolf's forearm sticking through the sunroof of a van and lots of blood spurts out. It tries to remove it's forearm from the sunroof and gets it stuck, it finally does remove it and the forearm gets split in half.
The same man who was nearly disembowelled earlier gets his bandages pulled by a dog. A man nearly shoots the dog, but another man vomits on his head, which get him to stop.
Several werewolves are shot in one scene, we see lots of blood spray from the wounds.
A werewolf's arm is cut off and we see lots of blood spray. We later see the arm on his shoulder.
A werewolf is shot out a window, and we see lots of blood flying out as he falls out of the window.
A man is chewed up by a werewolf and lots of blood is splattered. His face is chewed off and his head is bitten off. Blood splatters all over the windshield, and we see blood wiped up by the wipers.

The whole movie is very intense and action-packed, with plenty of exciting scenes and jump-scares, and will have you on the edge of your seat the whole time.
A dog gets shot at the beginning of the movie (not shown; only implied), which is quite sad.
