"Timeslip" was a proposed series that only had one episode, the pilot "The Block". I found it on YouTube and I must warn you...it's a big confusing.
Apparently, the show was going to be about hackers who jump into a 'timeslip' in order to see the future(???). In this episode, you see that in the future, unemployment is very high and employees are not allowed to have relationships. Why? I have no idea. The story is about two employees who are in love and their efforts to thwart the surveillance system in the building where they work...and unexpectedly the building comes to life and tries to kill them.
I know that this show was NOT intended for the traditional three networks in the USA, as it had some nudity. I assume it was a pilot for some pay service like HBO or perhaps it was to be sold abroad. The bottom line, however, is that the show is very confusing and dated. I didn't particularly love watching it...and assume folks back in the day who saw it felt the same. Explaining the show's premise and context would have improved it significantly.
