Goofs

At the first wedding, when Charles and Fiona are discussing who Carrie is, there is a lady with red curly hair and a flowery dress behind them who, at the same time, also is sitting on a fountain next to Carrie across the garden in the direction they're looking.

In the final scene, Charles instantaneously goes from dry to totally soaked in the rain.

During the second wedding, when Charles finds himself trapped in the room with the bride and groom, he is crossing the room, the lights are turned on, and the door to his right is open. The next scene shows him reaching toward it, and it is closed.

At the first wedding Fiona, Gareth, Matthew, and Scarlet are seen walking along a gravel driveway toward the house for the reception. Fiona complains that she never knows what to say in the line up. In the next shot, as Gareth responds to her, they are suddenly walking across a lawn rather than a driveway, and Scarlet is several steps behind the others.

Lorus alarm clocks, like the one Charles has, don't ring; they beep.

At the second wedding, Charles and Scarlet are depicted as sprinting to the church from their house. They live in Highbury, and the church is in the EC2 area of London - a distance of almost three miles - which, whilst not impossible, is improbable.

This is not a Goof per IMDb guidelines for "Errors in geography", which states, "We do not list 'you can't get there from here' goofs. If a character steps out of a building in one part of town and walks a block down the street to another building that you know is three miles away, this is not a goof, it's 'creative geography' and is a widely used cinematic device."

Technically and logistically, there is no way that a wedding the size and scale of Lydia and Bernard's could be put together in under 3 months.

Technically, this only an opinion. Another opinion is that depending on the perceived urgency and the amount of money available to a couple, a lavish wedding can be put together in less than one month.

At the second wedding, Angus and Laura, the couple married in the first wedding, are nowhere to be seen and their absence is not explained. Given that the bride at the second wedding (Lydia) was a bridesmaid at their wedding, it would be reasonable to expect to see them in attendance.

However, their absence could be explained by several reasons not provided to the viewer: e.g., one of their parents passed away and caused a conflict, or a close relative's wedding took precedence.

The image of King Charles III is reversed. His medals are shown on his right side; however, personal medals are always worn on the left near the heart.

Those worn in someone else's honor are worn on the right.

The alarm clock rings at 9:15, but its face shows it is set to 9:45.

When Charles exits the Land Rover in a hurry, Scarlett gets out a red camera to capture his realization that he's been tricked regarding the time. Her left hand is positioned such that it will block the lens and thus the photo.

In the rain, when Charles asks Carrie a series of convoluted questions, his lips do not match his words.

Charles has to translate for David, because nobody else knows sign language (until David meets Serena). It is improbably that his group of close friends never bothered to learn sign language to communicate with David.
