At the beginning, a girl is sensually rubbing her leg and lifting her dress in her seat. When Leslie Nielson's character tells her to "pull down her dress", she pulls the top down and her breasts are shown.
A man says there was a time when a man's name was the same as his occupation, a boy then asks him what John Hancock did.
A woman performs fellatio on a man in an elevator (the act is not shown, but implied; we only see him from the waist up). The elevator opens and a female character states to him: "Are you getting off?"
A man tells some people he was given "a little head", the people think he's talking about oral sex but he shows them a small plastic head.
While Nielsen's character is in a gym, he wears a heart monitoring device and as a woman walks by in a jogging suit the beeping from the device speeds up. The same thing happens to a dog wearing such a device when it sees Nielsen's character working out.
A woman works out in the gym. While she does so, her clothed breasts are comically inflating and deflating. At one point, an explosion can be heard.
A man falls in front of another man in the gym. The other man says he's always wanted a "personal trainer".
Nielsen's character walks by the women's locker room and as a woman exits another topless woman is briefly revealed in the background (although, it is hard to see). In the women's locker room you see some bare butts.

Mostly just slapstick. There are a few graphic vomit scenes. Some of them are Nielson's doing.

There is smoking and drinking, but not much.

The demon could be considered frightening to small children. The vomit scenes are a bit rough if you're a child.
