In a flashback scene to the first movie, Melvin smashes out a window and into a barrel of toxic waste. The window changes in damage.

After Toxie first enters the video store, a few VHS tapes on the adjacent shelf disappear.

The amount of destroyed VHS tapes on the shelves appear and disappear in between shots.

The VHS tapes continue falling on the extras, even after they've been shot.

The girls at the bottom of the Apocalypse Inc. staircase appear and disappear inexplicably.

When Sarah picks up a dust ball and absorbs it using her sight for the first time, the concrete scrapes - even though she's wearing gloves and the way she scrapes it up is rather gentle.
