Werewolf movies tend to have a considerable amount of blood and gore and this is no exception. Scenes of people's skin being slashed by the werewolf's claws are pretty gruesome. The werewolf's transformation is also pretty gross. The killings are rather tame except for a scene or two. But the level of gore is not any worse than other typical werewolf movies.
A man impales himself on a large piece of wood during an attack in a greenhouse. Considerable blood.
A man has a fight with the werewolf and gets thrown a couple of times. Later we see a lot of bloody scars on his face.

A few characters are described as alcoholics. There are couple of scenes in a bar where a lot of people can be seen smoking and drinking.

A lot of scary and intense scenes. A prolonged scene where a man is looking for something in his garden while being stalked by a werewolf is scary.
The opening scene may be intense for some.
The scene in which the protagonist first encounters the werewolf may be intense.
There's a chase sequence in which a man pursues and tries to kill a young boy with his car.
