- Pilgrim: [gives Werner his pouncho] Here you go, Lieutenant.
- Frenssen: [throws Werner an oxygen mask] Oh, this is your oxygen mask. Very important.
- Pilgrim: Not much good except for calm seas.
- Frenssen: It does come in handy when the diesel reaks.
