The full list of celebrity presenters who will be taking the stage on Sunday night have just been announced – and it looks like it’s going to be a big, star-studded show.

The 2025 Golden Globes are set to air this coming Sunday (January 5) at 8pm Et on CBS and will also stream on Paramount+ in the US. The awards show hands out prizes for the best of the best in movies and film from the last year.

This meant that popular actors like Henry Cavill, Jason Momoa, and Gal Gadot would not be reprising their roles in future DC films. Although some actors, like Cavill, have already moved on to other projects, rumors about Momoa staying with DC and playing Lobo have been circulating from the start.

A difference of opinion is always inevitable when you’re working in an industry as big as Hollywood. Well, that difference resulted in a rift between veteran director James Cameron and iconic TV star Lynda Carter.

The differing opinions were created after the release of Patty Jenkins’ 2017 film Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot. After Cameron had some negative remarks for the movie, Lynda Carter made him her sworn enemy.

Rachel Zegler is playing the title princess in Disney’s upcoming live-action Snow White movie and she’s performing a gorgeous new song in the film!

Egot winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul wrote the song “Waiting On a Wish” for the new film and it’s definitely going to become a new Disney classic.

Disney shared a sneak peek of Rachel performing the song as a Christmas Day surprise.

“Waiting on a wish / Holding out for someday / Hoping somehow, some way / There comes a miracle to find me / I close my eyes and see / The girl I’m meant to be / Is she a part of me I’ve had to hide?” Rachel sings.

A new trailer for the movie was released just a few weeks ago. The movie, also starring Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen and Andrew Burnap as the Prince, will hit theaters on March 21.

Filmmaker Zack Snyder’s tenure with DC proved to be extremely tumultuous and had several ups and downs. However, one of the high points of Snyder’s take on the popular comic book characters was the fan-favorite casting of Henry Cavill as Superman. With Man of Steel and Batman v Superman, Snyder established Cavill as a commercial action star.

The trailer for 2025's "Superman" dropped today, and it's one helluva holiday gift. Not only does it drum up even more anticipation for the already hotly-anticipated film by presenting the adventures of Kal-El in a fashion that feels both nostalgic and unique, but it also happens to be one of the best-edited trailers of the past year. Donning the iconic costume and the Lasso of Truth back in 1975, Lynda Carter received worldwide fame for her role in Wonder Woman. However, Gal Gadot took on the mantle of Wonder Woman when she was cast in Zack Snyder’s Dceu back in 2016.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences teamed up with fashion brand Chanel to bring Hollywood A-Listers together to celebrate emerging women filmmakers!

Amy Adams, Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Regina King were among the stars who attended the women’s luncheon at the Academy Museum on Tuesday (December 10) in Los Angeles.

“Today, we celebrated the power and unity of women in film as we came together from every discipline within our industry to honor emerging women filmmakers who are inspiring the future of cinema,” Academy president Janet Yang said during her speech. “A special thank you to our partner Chanel for its generous support and shared commitment to amplifying the voices of talented women filmmakers worldwide. Together, we continue to break barriers and empower the next generation of women in our industry.”

Disney is going back to the well of live-action remakes and is looking to “The Greatest Showman” and “Better Man” director Michael Gracey to bring its 2010 animated film “Tangled” to life in live-action.

Though rumored and fan-casted for several years now, a “Tangled” live-action film is now officially in development at Disney, and Gracey is in negotiations to direct the feature, an individual with knowledge of the project told IndieWire.

Jennifer Kaytin Robinson wrote the most recent draft of the script, and Kristin Burr is producing under the Burr! Productions banner along with producer Lucy Kitada (“The Baby-Sitters Club”).
