A trio of U.K. stars have joined Guy Richie’s “Wife & Dog,” rounding out the cast of the director’s next adventure into the colourful and backstabbing world of the British upper classes (which he recently explored in “The Gentleman” film and TV series).

James Norton, Paddy Considine and Pip Torrens will star in the feature, now in production, joining the previously announced Cosmo Jarvis, Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike and Anthony Hopkins.

Details as to the film’s plot remain under wraps, though the project is described as a “return to the colourful, back-stabbing world of the British aristocracy” explored by Ritchie in his film and TV series, The Gentlemen. Allyce Ozarski, an Emmy-nominated producer whose credits included Baskets, Smilf and The L Word: Generation Q, has died. She was 41.

Ozarski died Jan. 24 in Los Angeles from the progression of triple negative metastatic breast cancer, her family announced.

Ozarski most recently served as an executive producer on two anticipated upcoming series: Netflix’s Golf, which arrives from Gloria Sanchez Productions and T-Street Productions and stars Will Ferrell and Ramy Youssef, and the untitled Vince Gilligan show for Sony Pictures TV and Apple TV+ that stars Rhea Seehorn.

Ozarski had a long partnership with Showtime, where she produced Frankie Shaw’s Smilf in 2019 and was an exec producer on the 2019-23 sequel The L Word: Generation Q; on Super Pumped, the 2022 limited series that starred Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick; and on the Vanessa Bayer 2022 comedy I Love That for You.

This animated film by Aardman Animations is a delightful take on the magic of Christmas, following Santa’s clumsy son, Arthur, as he tries to deliver a forgotten gift. It’s heartfelt, visually stunning, and criminally overlooked.

At the 2021 Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis, host Joseph Gordon-Levitt delivered this classic joke: "I loved 'The Sixth Sense.' It's a great movie. And the ending, I did not see that twist coming ... At the end of 'The Sixth Sense,' Bruce goes back to making sh***y movies."

Anne Hathaway is going to be very busy in 2025!

The 42-year-old actress has lined up an exciting string of projects that she is working on in the new year, including The Princess Diaries 3, a sequel to The Devil Wears Prada that’s in development and a star-studded movie from Christopher Nolan. She’ll also star in the new movie Verity, which is based on Collen Hoover‘s novel, and in a movie directed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

That’s not all, though. On Friday (December 13), we learned that she was also joining forces with Dave Bautista to star in a currently untitled action comedy about a FBI sting.

Disney’s most recent addition to the Star Wars series, “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” takes viewers on an exhilarating voyage through a galaxy far, far away. This new series follows four young children whose perceptions of the fabled Jedi are similar to those of our world’s fairy tales. With a mix of nostalgia and adventure, it offers a lighter take on the popular story.

Jon Watts and Christopher Ford co-created the series, which follows a group of children as they explore the Star Wars universe. There are lots of interesting aliens in "Star Wars: Skeleton Crew." In fact, some of them are so interesting that you may not even realize the full extent of their impact until the end credits. One such figure is Benjar Pranic, a former member of Jod Na Nawood's (Jude Law) crew. Pranic casually walks in when Jod attempts to retrieve Sm-33 (voiced by Nick Frost) at the behest of Wim (Ravi Cabot-Conyers), Kb (Kyriana Kratter), Fern (Ryan Kiera Armstrong), and Neel (Robert Timothy Smith). Fully knowing that Jod should be imprisoned in the brig, the alien sets up a friendly conversation ... which soon cuts into the very unfriendly revelation that Jod now has Brutus' (Fred Tatasciore) entire crew chasing him. Turns out that retired or not, you really can't trust a pirate.

Bruce Willis, one of Hollywood's finest, made wearing a vest during a hostage situation seem perfectly acceptable. The Joseph Gordon-Levitt/T-Street Productions connection continues. Deadline reports that the actor-director will helm an untitled AI thriller through Rian Johnson & Ram Bergman‘s banner. Gordon-Levitt also co-writes the project’s script with Kieran Fitzgerald, with a story credit for Natasha Lyonne, star of T-Street’s Peacock‘ series “Poker Face.”

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Kieran Fitzgerald share a ‘story by’ credit with Natasha Lyonne, who stars as Charlie, the lie-detecting investigator, in Johnson’s Peacock series Poker Face. Gordon-Levitt and T-Street are well-acquainted after the studio produced Johnson’s 2005 crime thriller Brick, starring Gordon-Levitt as a teenager who pushes into a crime ring after his girlfriend disappears.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is now going to return to directing after over a decade, with a new AI thriller. Gordon-Levitt is an actor, creator, producer, and director, whose career started in the late '80s when he played the character Rounder in Stranger on My Land. Since then, Gordon-Levitt has gone on to have a number of iconic roles, including in the movies 50/50, The Dark Knight Rises, and Looper. After directing a series of short films, Gordon-Levitt made his directorial feature debut in 2013 with Don Jon.

As per Deadline, Gordon-Levitt will now return to directing.
