Member of the Spanish pop band Los Brincos. He was together with his
brother Luis in the musical band Los Estudiantes, considered to be the
first pop-rock band in Spain. In this group he developed his composer
abilities and also his percusionist abilities. When the band broke
there were only 12 recorded songs, La Bamba (1960) and La Pulga (1964)
among them. By that time, an ex-member of Los Estudiantes, Luis
Sartorius, told him to form a musical band with elements and means used
in foreign bands like The Beatles: The band Los Brincos was
born.
