The long, four minute version of the latest spot in Idris Elba's spy-themed advertising campaign for the 2013 Toyota Avalon has just dropped. The three-part series are the first-ever television commercials for Elba. The campaign was created by Burrell to target Black consumers and co-star Nadine Ellis and Jerome "Ro" Brooks. Idris Elba (John-Agent) is being chased by an old enemy who will stop at nothing to prevent John from exposing his new identity, but John somehow eludes him for the moment.... Later... Jerome Ro Brooks (Trevor-FBI Agent) guides John by Avalon's intercom feature to safety while simultaneously apprehending the enemy.
