Modern premise with Routine Rotta Beats

To be honest santhosh has been constantly picking decent scripts but the execution has been pretty ordinary through our his career and the same goes with this one as well as it is an pretty decent and great area to explore and take it less judgemental or predictable but the director has constantly follower the regular tropes and beats of stealing 10lacs by random guy and software manager option for natu gundas.. I mean for the software setup manager is in he could have contacted few more managers in other companies and force them not to appoint Shiva in their company and then the last payoff from sapthagiri as gratitude to what Shiva done before would have worked big time and leave much more satisfaction to the viewers. Lesson learnt is that we shall break the routine sequences for new age topics like house husband or infertility etc I wish santhosh gets such goo sensible directors from now on. He badly needs a big hit to show for his 5year career like sree vishnu. Heroine was pretty good looking but acting seemed plastic at times.

Movie is a remake of Mumbai police malyalam movie which was a big turn off for me, but one thing I liked about this movie is the casting of Srikanth he was perfect fit to this character. In this era post COVID it's suicidal to make a remake, this movie is a sensation and was made in 2013 in India and that is being remade in 2023 in India itself this shows the exposure we Telugu states are having to topics like these.. this movie works for a reason, it has great writing but Telugu people are open to these now? May be never.. it's our disability with which we have to deal. It's very unfortunate that movie wants to be something else but it is something else.. the film and hero and director seemed that they are taking what's going on in the film seriously but the presentation is so bad that it seems like a farcical comedy film but it's sad that akash Puri felt himself as a hero of the film and performed like commercial heroes of his father but this film is out and out a joke made on all such half cooked commercial films.. literally the tire thefting visual is used multiple times where it was used in song initially and later in YouTube video.. VFX is worst muesium graphics was too bad, that monkey not to say about it.. and the peak scene for seeming it as farcical comedy is when police go to chor bazar for daimond and see the daimond and says it seems that girl is carrying the daimond and in climax he says I have seen few times with him but doesn't catch any of them.. I wish I had unseen this..i pity akash Puri.. he really acted like he believed that he going to go places as a commercial hero.. but fooled completely by director and writing team.

In all respects this movie is supreme compared to current times and the content we are exposed to now. The mythological references to the main characters are excellent. Acting of that kid was top notch and mamooty nailed it and god vishwanath garu jandyala garu and sirivennela garu and spb.. where to start and where to end with these legends and their cordination through out the movie. That last scene where he joins again as a student and sings sarigamapa.. that scene alone is award worthy and can be adopted to any professional to the ones who lost himself in his way of evolution into the greater forms from his or her initial journey as a innocent student to the work or art he or her has been interested in.. provided if such morons are in a position to agree or atleast recognize their mistakes as mistakes they have been doing in the mask of reaching heights and correct them if possible. Gold Movie in all respects. Vishwanadh Garu 🙌🙌🙌

Opportunity Wasted, Terrible Script and execution

Why has the demand for womens cricket increased in past 5 years is not because of fall of mens cricket right? Its the performance of womens cricket team which brough the recognition unless and until that happens any sport or any sport person is illtreated and here the looking down upon women players is an additional issue but the movie didnt it that way, i mean before 1983 world cup do the makers think indian cricketers were valued just because they are male? No right, even they faced the same hardships from board and this happens to every sport and sportmen upto the point were prove themselves instead showing them on a overview the makers have made a mess of it by just focusing on male cricketers all the time. Almost 4,5 times the male cricketers are shown dont know why. One thing they made good is the end where people cheer for indian women performance and thats how fame and eventually luxury in facilities work. When you show your worth you get everything not based on men or women atleast for cricket as it is directly linked to audience. Now instead of making this movie a inspiration to girls, makers made a mess of it with such repetitive scenes.

Na autograph,Evade subramaniam, maharshi mixed result is thank you. I mean you wont just get connect to abhiram in the first place and later realising the moments he lived earlier and aknowledging them and its about two different persons trying to fit in an ambitious person, he is ambitious and successful and self centric its ok let him deal with it and even if he realises his mistake in being a self centric person when someone dies or comes to know that died person helped him to be in a position he is in then his conscience hits and acknowledges rest of them then its already too late. He realises and says thank you who helped him and what if there is no helping hand in past, is it a license to be self centric? No right, its a choice to be made withou calculations of help, death and if you change after such events then its of no use. The falsh back of college in second half is so cringe that even 8th class students dont fight for such petty issues and deal maturely.

Heros characterisation in second half is not consistent with first half. He was a lovable character to class garu and class garus father but a worst human being to a stranger who said she is in love with him. Even though he is in pain of failing in love and being rejected by class garu badly he doesnt and cant be so rude to a new girl and moreover in first half we never see him in pain of being rejected by class garu, he is joyful, goes to pub, enjoys with friends, sings song in bar and dances, cracks jokes and plays kabhaddi and volleyball as well, so atleast he has the luxury of having a pretty normal life then why shall he make another girls life miserable by calling her bitch unnecesarily no matter what. Thats why there is clear difference in heros characterisation when flashback portions are compared to heros character in present portions. If first half would have been treated normally or naturally without treating it commercially where hero or writer finds heroism in insulting a women then the story is decently good. The writers are so much carried away with hero worship that in flashback, instead of making rajendra prasad say 'neeku athanu nachadam kadhu athaniki nuvvu nachuthavo ledho ani kangaruga undhi' the dailogue goes like this 'nuvvu athaniki nachadam kadhu, athaniki nuvvu nachuthavo ledho ani kangaruga undhi' that sums up to be the same, however the dailogue is worst and for executing sake also they just dont want the girl to like him.

One of the Worst movies of Naga Shourya. He went totally wrong with the heroism aspect around this film. Instead of rooting to the lead characters we tend to hate them, especially hero and heroine. Hero tortures heroine and heroine falls for hero just because its been 2hrs 15minutes of movies run time of torture to her from him and it has to be ended as a perfect love story since its climax, heroine accepts heros love. The discomfort was real in the face of heroine around and in the absence of hero upto very end, this makes us to hate the hero and his despiration.. it never seemed love towards her where he twists his words and lies throughout the movie. Few comedy scenes worked out well but still hero says that she is seasonal fruit when he first sees her i.e he sees her as a non living thing and just because she is ignoring he terms her devil where externally he felt her as goddess. The reason for me to mention hero and heroine these many times in my review is, this is the manner in which their characters where design.. the behavior of both the characters where not truly written to the situation of the story progession instead the character traits where to satisfy the hero and heroine brackets usually established i.e male lead behaves like a hero throughout and female lead is presented as a heroine from her first shot showing her like a goddess and girly and falling for hero just because she is heroine, had there been a female character written as a character she shouldnt have accepted him inspite him behaving like a hero. So she shouldnt have accepted the hero, i wish she could have been a female and reject him at the end then i would have loved this movie.

Felt Like Murdering the Director and Justify it Like This Movie.

Coming to the Point if i have an oppurtunity to add one more minute in the movie, i have added a scene where maruthi rao is hallucinating many uncertain events.. for eg : scenes like amrutha and pranay giving cruel expressions and pranay expression as if he wantedly married her for money and the suggestive bgm and amruthas expressions in few scenes where she purposefully want to hurt her father etc are as his illusions where on the contrary pranay being hit or warned or spoken by maruthi raos brother (as mentioned in the movie). Narrative completely takes the side of maruthi rao. In a scene, maruthi rao explains his lawyer friend about how the death of pranay should be is too much, as if they wantedly wanted this act to come in cctv, we all know, being a part of such henious crime he got away with bail, had that cctv clipping not been there as proof, everything would have been different and normal by now considering him being in politcal position and exercising power, money etc he would have erased everything on him. And finally, as the writer in the movie through maruthi rao and few journalists kept on bragging about pranay saw money of amrutha.. etc Are arranged marriages not linked to money or what? Dowry is linked to money, the granduer of the marriage is linked to money, considering the grooms occupation by bride and their family before marriage is linked with money.. this way every step of marriage is linked with money and undue advantage theeskovali anukuntey alanti arranged marriage ayyaka kuda sarriga mana ammayini chuskokunda sathiyinchachu enni NRI marriages chudaledhu. Lost Tons of respect on RGV Today, when you dont believe or root for family emotions and love why try to present them on screen and ruin it.

Decently Written, Extra ordinarily Filmed and fairly connected with audience.

There is 100 percent science behind the divide talk of the movie. Having prabhas as lead actor, there are no elevation shots, no fights, no set songs and mainly there is no high points a 'fan' is bound to anticipate doesnt get any of these but a regular movie goer would love the movie for the same reason and not over doing the things the hero does just because he is a hero where the hero does whatever fits for the story. Beautifully presented by the director his writing in few scenes is top notch. Few more intimate love moments between the lead actors would help us connect to their emotion more. The dailogues at the crutial scenes are very well written which makes us get the connection between the desriny and love. Please watch this movie without heavy expectations. Consider that Your going to watch a love story and please dont bother the buzz. You will love the film.

Movie was reasonable and the one thing which atanda out it holds you to screen untill last 10minutes. At a point.. movie seemed flat and aimless due to the characters journey but by the end.. all the points are well connected and revealed. Since the end titles showed will meet next year, i am assuming a sequal where the scam of cc cameras behing live streaming might be disclosed and the rahuls money payback is left. Rahul and his wife has nailed throughout the movie.. good to see avika after some time and she chose pretty fresh character considering her previous works. Acting was decent enough except the emotional scenes at the went little bit overboard but was fine. One thing which kept annoying through the film is the bgm and its inappropriateness, it was too bad and loud, even wrongly placed for few scenes. The emotion in the scene was different and the bgm emotion is different and it was repititive at times especially the bgm during love scenes. Overall it is a decemt attempt, waiting for part 2 if at all it is coming.

Since the writer is prashanth varma, i dont why he pushes the burder of logic to god or religion, i mean science fiction annapudu science ni establish cheyyali kani zombie reddy lo last gudilo water lo padthey normal aipodam.. indhulo vigraham kindha pedthey information thelusukovadam, using ramudu,jatayu logic to this.. why to mix mythology into science. Clean ga aa phone venakala science meedhaney consequences chupinchachu kadha as in Playback.. This is not only a copy payback movie but playback was dealt pretty good than this one, screenplay wise. Heroine being a rajshekar kummesindhi, loved her. Teja did well kani story and rendering lo originality ledhu.. remake of playback in same language anthey.

Aha in its infant stage has been consistent in releasing cringe and low quality films and series and this would top them all. I wonder how could an actor like navdeep could accept this. Dont know why character named kamal has come suddenly during climax, anindha's secrets nothing has been justified, then why establish them. Atleast Awe had some logics and flow into it, but here the hyderabad police have been fooled around and navdeep escapes almost 5 times from real police, why dont they arrest him every time :D Worst writing and worst execution. Except some good acting and conflicts upto one point nothing strikes in the movie. Seeing this movie in the nominations list of aha awards made me see this but would have been given the Worst Film of 2020.

Season 1 (2019) - It was a smooth and the 5episodes were so well designed with some good natural comedy i.e fun being generated from the moments between the characters instead of an deliberate attempt to make viewer laugh (for eg : using excessive funny bgm's etc). There wasnt much purpose or story in those 5episodes as Gullak says from background, 'yeh kahani nahi kisse hey' first season was more of those moments where every middle class person experience and cherish them later, just like santhosh mishra. I am in love with Santhosh Mishra and the person who played that role. I would hug him if i meet him in person. I felt that the way santhosh mishra has raised his children is very rare, we often find our fathers authoratative and dictating our paths and choices but he(santhosh) was different and cool with the way he handled his family. From season 1 my best fun moment was that motor repair scene on Sunday. It was hillarious.

Season 2 - This season (Which released in 2021) had more of a story or purpose to it. You see every episode and you find deeper emotions than fun as in season 1. You take kitty party episode were "The father and kids think themselves as helpers for that whole day and when it comes to dinner, mom reminds them who will prepare for dinner, we eat daily at nights also right, you didnt even pick plates which were left after lunch". This is the reminder for every men which should be addressed. And bittu ki mummy has nailed it in this season more than in season 1. I have seen her dance with earphones in the start of kitty party episode for almost 10times :D. And coming to last two episodes and especially last episode, it was completely emotional. I have cried for two times in just 40 minutes for the first time in my life, That photograph scene at the end of 5th episode was one such scene to be precise. Annu and Aman have been great with their performance and mom didnt seem she is acting, she is just reflecting every emotion every housewife goes through be it in season 1 lighter moments or season 2 deeper emotions a mom goes through. On a Whole, Santhosh Mishra Family is a adorable family of four with close connections with each other. Santhosh Mishra character is my favourite one among these four. Direction and writing has been very good and music was soo good.

99 Songs (2019)

Movie Wasn't On Song Throughout.

I was actually shocked by the imdb rating and thank god I haven't watched this by the assurance of that rating, In that way I am less upset for watching this. There is nothing to larger part of the extent to be engaged with point. The approach of the film from the sounding of ARR(good) to cinematography(very imrpessive) to art direction(fresh and artistic) were so unique but the screenplay was routine and the flashback of heros childhood was obvious. The point was interesting until the conflict between hero and heroines father but there after its like an same old concept like Challenge (a telugu movie of chiranjeevi) and there wasnt any backing up by gripping screenplay as well. However, the last 15minutes, the way the main concept of the film has been linked to politics etc was very good. Its like you can watch first 20minutes and last 20minutes and you will be left with some satisfaction, watching it completely gives you that middle part of 1hr with routine stuff and emotions. Its an ok movie and definitely not worth of almost 9 IMDB Rating.

This would have been a huge dissappointment if veera finally marries Dr.krishnaveni but thanks to the writer nagendra pilla and director for not making veera marry Dr. Krishnaveni. Having said that Veera is not in the state to decide on marriage and madhu as his life partner. Finally it seemed as if it is an unconsented marriage from veera's perspective because he had enough bad experiences of choices made by Dr. Krishnaveni, so from veera's pov he should not be in a state to decide on madhu within 24hours of breaking up with his previous girl friend dr krishnaveni. Simha was good with his performance and chitra shukla was ok. Misha Narang was very fresh and cute on screen, i hope she improves her acting.. She had enough scope to perform but her expressions are flat at times. Among all the other cast from rajiv kanakala to viva harsha, comedian sathya and saranya(sister of madhu) stands out. His character reminded me of bunk sreenu from manmadhudu but the character traits are different to bunk sreenu. Playing the aged character for the first time, he nailed it with his expressions. Story is routine and the emotions are already addressed in telugu cinema. Kaala Bhairava was good enough with the songs and bgm.

Bit Slow But Last 15 to 20 minutes Saved The Film to an Extent.

Manoj Bajpai has nailed it. Manoj bajpai has to be appreciated for having trust in this script and producing it. He has lift the films impact on viewer with his performance. His performace has rescued us from the slowness of the Film and the Last 15 to 20 Minutes have brought some meaning to the pace of the movie. Ipshita Chakraborty and santhosh juvekar have been very good with their performances. Editing would have been better but coming to sound designing and usage of the sync sound technology has been top class. The way the emotions which a character goes through will be reflected through the simple day to day sounds we hear in our life's. For Example, in a scene where vilas(marati guy) goes to meet bauh bhayya (marati politician) in the party office which is being reconstructed, The sounds of carpentry behind vilas represents the clumsiness of his state of mind. Like this the sound design has been very impressive through out the film. Direction and screenplay have been good and could have been tight, but by the end of the film the incompleteness gets erased due to the last 20minutes.

Thondi Muthalum Driksakshiyum (2017)

Mirror Image of What Happens in Real Life.

Over the Years by watching in movies or when listening everything good about police people. We tent to overcoat the level of corruption or recklessness atleast half of the department accustomed to maintain. As Malayalam Cinema surprises everyone with the way they treat stories as they are and dont overcoat anything for the sake of commercial impact or for sake of pulling mass number of audience to theatres. This film is no exception. A married couple lost their gold chain and they have found the suspect and they brought him to the police station and the officer there first talk in a demotivating way saying you should have been careful and later when police find that what that couple told was correct then he turns the whole theft scene and writes it down as they have found the theaf. This is what i have mentioned above about policemen in india. They first try to moral police the victim, so the inefficiency and uninterested approach of the police department is clearly shown without any exaggeration. Story and concept were very nice and fahadh faasil was a surprise to me, having watching some of his other films like Bangalore days or trance. Didnt expect him here, in that character, again must appreciate the importance these malayalam actors give to characters and not star status as in other popular industries. The great indian kitchen couple and other actors in police station have done good. Direction and story were very well executed.

Ninnila Ninnila (2021)

Pleasant and Soothing. Felt Like a South Indian Film with Korean Touch.

A very smooth film. Short and sweet it. Firstly coming to story, its fresh to south indian film and treatment was completely new. It(treatment) has seemed more of a korean film. What seemed more impressive is the way it is presented without making changes to make it viable to south indian audience. It was presented genuinely and it was smooth throughout. I have seen Ashok Selvans Oh My Kaduvale and Thegidi and now after watching this, it seems like he is excellent with his script selections, That seems to be his USP. I hope he continues to select such refreshing and unique scripts. And coming to performances, all the predominant actors ashok selvan, ritu varma and nitya menon were awesome and apt to their characters. Nitya Menon was very good with her innocence. She was adorable. Her chemistry with ashok selvan was cute on screen. Cinematography and lighting were very pleasant and eye catching on screen. Direction, screenplay and editing were in line with the mood of the movie. Nasser ans satya(comedian) characters was pretty good. Songs were addictive and 'Naa Kosam' Song doesnt seem to leave me in near future, rest of the songs as well worked well for the film. On a Whole it is a cute and a pleasant movie. You will get this line after watching the film but "I would Love to have such Muscle Spasms in future if I find a purest soul like Maaya".

Except comedy, There was Nothing going right. Generic Stuff.

A movie with the same story considering its runtime of just 2hours also, this would have been a boring one because every scene and the plot point of this series is so generic that, there were many movies grabbed success with such confusion, messing up things kind of scenes and this one being a series.. It seems repetitive and irritating after a point. Characters tend to mess up very lame things just for the sake of making it look funny. Janaki character was the most sensible. The basic point of this series of victimizing or showing sympathy on women for not able to give birth to a child is the major disconnect. Last episode was so clumsy that there was no clarity on who was wearing burka and the reason for wearing it. Editing was so shabby there. Overall it seemed potboiler because of its very ordinary writing. However comedy was good enough. It does bring a smile on your face at times. Vani Bojan was the main reason to watch it but even she was under used and had nothing to perform except to baby sit her husbands, friends child.

Kudos to the director for being so authentic to the characters and the region around which the story revolves. Except the hero everyone where pretty good with their performances. However, heros performance in this movie was far more better than in dorasani, he has improved himself but still the uncomfort of lack of screen presence sustained from dorasani, he still didnt get the nack of pulling audience to his emotions, his acting wasnt aunthentic, at times he speaks telangana instead of guntur slang. Its actually a emotional story and it required a pretty good actor with whom the audience must travel but he doesnt seem to grab such attention from the viewers, infact hero friend, heros father and divya(cell phone shop girl) had succeeded with the same. Especially the father, he just eats up the screen whenever he is in the frame thats what an actor brings to the table for a pretty good story. Music was soothing. Coming to the direction, director has done a very good job. The story, screenplay and direction were so good that you will not get distracted much from the story. Last 20minutes reminded me of the nature of malyalam films where the story changes completely due to some kind of butterfly effect. Varshas character seems to be extrovert in the movie because usually introverts loves to chat with a person rather than speaking to them directly but she does that vice versa, i mean she would informed the hero about land through a simple sms. Overall a pretty good one. Lucky fellow sai devarakonda... Banking some good stories under his account without the potential those scripts demand.

There is always a subtle dignity in the way maniratnam's character behave. Coming to this movie, it was just love through out and bringing the scenario of how newly married people deal themselves and their partners. Shanti/shakthi's character was awesome and the shalini has brought more beauty to it. Her expressions, her performance everything were very well executed. I was wondering why was madhavan having huge female following during early 2000's after sakhi and found the reason for it. He was smooth and carried that aura of smartness in him. Lastly aravind swamy and khusbhoo as well have made the impact on screen in that small duration itself, especially aravind. Maniratnam, pc sri ram and ar rahman were just magical. Almost every song, scene and shot were intriguing and attention seekers.

What i just saw was for real? Its a brilliant film. I would first applaud the writers to think off something like this and the director to execute this and the producers to believe it to be sold on the silver screen. Coming to movie, every craft have carved this beauty. Everyone have put there blood into it. Nivin pauly will just awe you through out the film, what a performance. A film without a female lead,no songs, no comedy, no nonsense scenes whatsoever. Every performer has lived up to their character, cinematography was very good and the background score was pretty good. Kudos to the director and the whole team for believing in story like this.
