Goodnight Mommy (2022)

Why a mom would behave rudely.

My only concern with this movie is that why the hell a mother will behave with her son so rudely.

Otherwise every thing in the movie is very good.

The son was disturbed by the behavior and got the feeling the she is not his mother.

Probably she has murdered his real mother and took place of her. This was very obvious to viewers as well. But story turns out to be different towards the end. But even at the end it was not clarified the behavior of the mother.

Naomi watt was looking young in the mask. But when her mask was removed she looked too old. What was the point of her treatment when she was looking so old.

Brahmastra Part One: Shiva (2022)

Only VFX, no proper story

First of all I don't understand the narration given in the of the movie about the Brahmastra and astras of Hindu Gods. Why do the director mislead the audience with wrong contents. If they really want to show the real atras, they should have done proper research. And if it is not related to real hindu god's astras, they should not have used the similar names.

If they want to make movies like Avengers Infinity stone and all that, they should try but that also is outdated now.

Hollywood, Please come up with good meaningfull new stories, otherwise nobody is interested in seeing such movies.

I went to IMAX 3D Screen of Wadala, Mumbai, and there were total 15 person in the show. It is shameful for the industry. I dont know how the theater owners will survive now.

Janhavi kapoor marks her presence throughout the movie with very good acting. Actually she is in 90 percent of the scenes. Director has done brilliant job. Every actor in this movie is equally hilarious. All in all entertaining movie. After a long time I have seen such a good comedy movie.

This story revolves around the journalist who is like celebrity who has done a hit and run accident. Then the guilty feeling and fear of facing the victim leads her in dilemma.

Climex is good. But it should have been more clarifying. Middle of the movie is bit slow but there was hardly anything to speedup. So it was a okay movie for one time watch.

Nothing above average thriller material found.

The Kashmir Files (2022)

The Kashmir Files, a story based on video interviews of the first generation victims of the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990, is worth watching. All the actors were chosen carefully to fit into their roles effectively and the script was perfectly written to give life to the movie. Anupam Kher didn't have to act. He just delivered the dialogues in anguish and lived the character called Pushkarnath Pandit. The role of Krishna, performed by Darshan Kumar was surprising. Though Agnihotri wanted to take the monologue in the climax in parts, he insisted to do the lengthy scene in a single take and gave justice to his role. It appeared he was very emotional while acting. Pallavi Joshi, who played the negative role of Professor Radhika Menon, once again reminded her capabilities. In short, all the actors whether its be Mithun Chakraborty, Mrinal Kulkarni or Punit Issar, they gave justice to the characters they played. The film gives a feeling of witnessing the genocide right in front of you. There was pindrop silence in the theater when the picture was shown and the silence of anguish continued when they walked out of the theater with misty eyes. Vivek Agnihotri has grown into an intelligent and matured director and the film is fast approaching towards Rs 300 cr mark...

If you want entertainment, you must watch this remake of Run Lola Run. Even though it is remake but in a very different in cinematic way, background music and full of comic scenes by supporting actors. Which was not there in Run Lola Run. It is more entertaining.

Super acting by Tapsi annd Tahir.

Other supporting actors also made this movie more hilarious by acting superbly.

Really speaking if you have survived any how after watching Radhe you will go in coma after watching this movie. John, what are you doing, forget showing only your body, show some skills in acting and actions. This is not WWF show. Jackie chan did not have a great body like you, but his actions were the lifeline of his movies. People like action only when it is interestingly done.

Although we donot expect stories in bollywood movies now but there should be some thing to entertain, this movie has none. All contents are of low quality and performed very poorly. God bless the viewers.

Sanak (2021)

Action star Vidyut improving in acting.

The story line is very simple. A common man has to fight his own battle alone and on the way he has to fight with terrorists also, while police and their gadgets are all helpless in a hostage situation.

Actions are well choreographed and done by Vidyut. Fighting with multiple opponents are well justified and does not looks fake like in other bollywood movies. I found all the action sequences well performed and not overdone.

Overall a good entertainer. Music part is weak. I wish we had some catchy songs to remember. Why there are no songs to remember in any bollywood movies now. Our old songs still rule our mind when it comes to music. Bollywood, you are bankrupt of good music now.

Overall it is a good one time watch.. Finally forgot to mention that female lead is beautiful and acted well.

I declare, the new super star of bollywood now is Sir Pankaj Tripathi. Rest of the lead characters from all tofaans, hungammas, radheys, etc go to rest and retire.

And in female lead new dizzling star is lovely Kriti Sonan. Viewers, there is so much to write about this film, but I will say only one thing to bollywood, Stop making big budget garbage films which has biggies and start making movies like MIMI.

1. Director: He was not interested during entire production time. or he has some rivalry agianst producers. 2. Actors: Another level of acting seen, can not compare with anything. 3. What was the purpose of making this movie. Why did konkana and bhumi agreed to do this movie. May be they dont have work. But, this is a third degree 'C' class movie. I gave 3 star just for the acting of Konkana and bhumi. I was so hopeful for a good ending message. But the end was with a most bakwas speech by bhumi. I dont know what they wanted to promote. Are they promoting sex working for both male and female.

If you give so much importance to women empowerment, you have to think about the stress level of a common man also. One mistake in the heat of the moment should not dilute and evaporate the love between a couple. That's it. This movie does not lead to a good message to society.

Better than high budget thriller with good story line and average acting. Jacqueline is good in acting her part. Manoj was average based on his capacity. The only flaw is non satisfying motive at the ending. Otherwise a good entertainer. The reason I give a 9 star is because of low expectation I got a good timepass.

Amazing, entertaining.

Those who love multiverse and time loop movies will find it very entertaining.

Just dont scrap your head on the science part of the movie. Instead enjoy the crazy ideas the actors use to fix the things disturbed by scientific machine.

The pace of the movie is fast and keep u busy.

We Indians are a big fan of Amitabh at this age also, but this movie is not of his type. Although movie is very well made with twists and suspense, what we expected when the names of Amitabh with Sujoy Gosh and Tapsee, is not fulfilled completely. Being in a lawyer's role Pink was far better than this movie for him. We are not used to see him just sitting in a room on a chair holding a pen and asking questions repeatedly. We expect of a high voltage drama from him. Story and exact adaptation from a spanish movie had limited the scope for this. Sujoy, we expect you to do some more fantastic job done with Amitabh. Please come up with a good thriller where we see more drama, some action, thrill and suspense as in your previous movies. Coming to the story of the movie, Tapsee is charged with a murder in a closed room of a hotel and Amitabh is appointed for her rescue. neither of the character believes in each other. Amrita Singh is another victim, whose son is killed in an accident. Both the killings are related to Tapsee. And then there is badla. Some reference of Mahabharat is made few times, which makes the audience to think that even if you can not take law and order in your hand but atleast make them confess. At last, this movie is a must watch, at least once. Although expectations were much high.

It is a lovely movie. Brilliant direction, editing and acting by lead actress. A dimilar movie named frequency was made on this parallel universe and time travel subject, but this was awsome. Best part is the story. A murder mystery is so well connected with so many characters lives. Thanks to netflix for bringing this Spanish movie in english.

I saw this movie based on the ratings and reviews. But sorry to say that this movie is too slow and boring sometimes. Nothing happens throughout the movie exept in the ending which shows earth being hit by a planet. Very illogical behaviour by the characters. It seems every body is depressed in the movie.

Yash Raj banner always entertain and this one is the most entertaining film of the year. With the biggies like Amitabh and Aamir, there is not a single scene where your attention will be lost from the screen. I don't understand the low ratings given to this movie. This movie is brilliantly mixed with the story of British Indian historical era with the character of Johnny Depp from The Pirates of Caribbean series which is played by Aamir in this movie. The story is as original as may have happened in the British rule in India.
