Theres no doubt the film has stunning scenery, music and opening credits.

However, it lacks important elements, such as fun or danger. The characters have no charisma or chemistry (and therefore throwing in the odd 'funny' comment here and there just feels out of place). The plot is overly long for its simplicity, is unengaging and it feels like their are several emotional sections trying to make the film deep and meaningful, which miss the mark so badly they just seem boring and empty. The action sequences also manage to have very little sense of jeopardy and risk despite being full of near death experiences.

It ticks all the boxes of a Bond film, but for me it was a film that just felt like a box ticking exercise.

I was thinking of ending it......early.

A film that starts with promise and gradually becomes lost in it's own self indulgence with more and more abstract scenes and tedious monologues until i realised I just wanted it to end. I lost interest after about an hour, and it's not a short film.

Awful

This film has zero character development, shockingly convenient plot devices at every turn, and half way through it becomes quite apparent that it's not going to have any clever twist to save it. The only saving grace is it does look quite pretty. Avoid.

A bit Jonathan Creek

Well played mystery thriller series that reminded me a lot of Jonathan Creek in the way it builds and adds layers of mystery while occasionally dropping enough clues to keep you playing along as detective, and the occasional bit of comic relief thrown in for good measure. I wasnt too keen on the ending, but the journey there was enjoyable and engaging and the characters are well cast and performed.

A nice surprise

I hadn't heard of this film before seeing it but was really impressed with many of its elements. The animation is stylised in a way that gives amazing personality to each character. My particular favourites being the protagonist, some school bullies and one of the FBI security guards.

I laughed out loud on a few occasions and the plot/script are strong enough to have kept me locked on for the duration and it feels like it has a good heart. Was surprised at the language in a couple of places but nonetheless a great film for adults and kids to watch together.
