Breaking Bad (2008)
The perfect TV show
I have watched many other shows in my life including The Sopranos, The Wire, Game of Thrones, etc. but no other show is done as masterfully as this. This is a perfect tv show. I can not find one single flaw with the story telling or the acting in this show. The thing I love most about this show is that the writers understand that you do not need to have every episode be an intense, insane, ten out of ten masterpiece. The slow build of character throughout the first few seasons with huge moments sprinkled in with the episodes make for one of the greatest endings of a show ever. The last season of this show is incredible. And this is coming from someone who adored Gus Fring and was livid when the show killed him at the end of Season 4. The show outdid itself time and time again. Absolute perfection.
Scrubs: My ABC's (2009)
Not super funny but incredibly powerful
This show is fantastic. It always has been, and that's because of how much effort the cast and crew put into making episodes that could be really dull, but instead are extremely heart wrenching.
Barry (2018)
Perfect show thus far
As an avid tv watcher I think this show is about as perfect as television can possibly get through its first two season. Such a brilliant blend of darkness and comedy, and all the characters seem so real and down to earth even though so many of them seem over the top at first. Brilliant acting in this show. Bill Hafer is a genius. Noho Hank might be the best character in a tv show I've seen in years.
New Girl: Background Check (2014)
Great Episode
Surprised this episode is not ranked higher. (Surprised the whole show isn't ranked higher). Pretty much every character shines in this episode except for CeCe who I personally don't think is written to be funny very often. Nick spilling all his secrets is absolute gold.
One Tree Hill: You've Dug Your Own Grave, Now Lie in It (2008)
Stephen Freaking King
This episode, was pretty awesome if you're a big fan of Stephen King material. I mean the whole Misery type storyline in the first place with Dan, added on to the Shiningesque maze chase in the end was enough to make this episode really cool in my mind ( also with the nanny being named Carrie), still I wish they would've only focused on this part of the storyline along with Nate's and never cut to anything else outside of it. The only negatives I have is the obvious overacting towards the end with the Nannie laughing when she wakes up and such. Very unreal and cringy. Wish they would've just ended it with Dan shooting her.
