Girl on the Third Floor (2019)
A lot of...... whys.
Best actor in this movie was the dog.
Just bizarre.
Venom (2018)
Don't listen to the critics watch it for yourself
After reading the reviews I went into this movie not expecting much. Luckily I am not one to let reviews put me off and like a lot of us we make our own mind up so went to see it anyway.
LOVED IT, the relationship between Eddie and Venom was really well done they literally fed off each other. Tom hardy was fantastic and acted his little heart out. Bit of humour as always but not enough to turn it into a comedy show your usual sarcastic comments and it still had its dark elements throughout. Story was good may of taken a little while for some to start but I think that times important as it gives you time to really invest in Eddie and his character before venoms introduced and it's worth it.
Go give it a watch and ignore the critics.
Jang-san-beom (2017)
Pretty boring
I was looking forward to watching this as the plot behind it intrigued me, but instead I found that you always knew what was going to happen next there was no shock or wow factor to it. From the moment I laid eyes on that little girl I knew she was a wrong one. As soon as the mum got even semi attached I just knew she wouldn't leave that little girl in the cave on her own due to the loss of her son. It's all very predictable. I was also left frustrated at the lack of stories brought to the viewers attention that were never actually exaplined or finished. Almost get the feeling they just forgot about them, for example the grandmother losing the son in the shopping mall, 'she could know where he is but her memories not so good so she finds it hard to remember,' that was interesting was looking forward to seeing how that developed but after that statement nothing more was ever said about it, what was the point in even mentioning it to begin with? If they had actually incorporated the grandmother and her story a bit more especially surrounding the boys dissapearance then maybe it wouldn't of been such a predictable, stereotypical horror movie.
It's not the worse I've seen but there's better.
