Great war movies don't glorify bloodshed in wars... what's great about saving private ryan and dunkirk- they don't glorify wars.. The viewer is sane enough to infer who is wrong and who is right.. for an effective storytelling the filmmakers should avoid explicitly telling viewers to side with an army

After proving his mettle in the brilliant comedy drama barfi and magical musical drama jagga jasoos , Anurag Basu now ventures in the rarely attempted genre of black comedy in Indian cinema and nails it completely... multi narrative stories are often confusing but this movie has some of the finest editing I've seen in recent times... If you liked Delhi Belly this one's perfect for you

I'm sure Kaufman's parade of symbolisms will keep you engage throughout.. and my humble advice is that watch an explanation video on YouTube before streaming the movie.. nevertheless it boasts of stunning cinematography and set designs which very accurately represents the mood of the story...

S1= 10 S2= 10 S3= 8 And after s3 it seems that the makers of this show have started giving a tough fight to indian soap opearas in terms of fillers and boredom.. S4= 5 S5= haven't dared to watch

The theme of this show isn't sci fi thats for sure.. the show is preachy and full of social remedies for the lgbtq community and the prejudices in the society.. thus the genre description of sense8 is itself misleading..

Anne with an E is the show from which the sense8 makers should've taken some inspiration of portraying the social issues and how to interweave them in the storyline...

The runtime of the show is 22 to 24 hours.. you can finish it in 10 hours without even compromising the storytelling..

Enola Holmes (2020)

Fast paced, Visually stunning, authentic acting with a riveting background score...

Henry Cavill with his perfectly wavy hair is enigmatic enough to play Sherlock. Millie Bobby Brown, is the perfect casting for a quirky Enola.

Maybe there should have been a bit more deduction, a tad more mystery. But perhaps this is the beginning of a succesful franchise.. And thanks netflix for creating this engrossing industrial London cityscape...

I scroll twitter a lot.. after watching this documentary I went to my twitter feed and guess what, there was a Chinese state affiliated account on the top of my feed that was saying something bad about my Indian army.. and that actually provoked me to respond.. and I just saw the same thing in the documentary.. it's real.. the facts shown in the documentary are too damn real.. I just uninstalled twitter.. Now I realize that how many precious hours I've wasted just scrolling through the twitter feeds to trigger my reward centres in my brain.. I thought that I was a part of political narrative that will change my country but unknowingly I was dancing to the tunes of these big social media marketing tactics.. Seriously I'm done with social media.. and thanks netflix..

Bulbbul (2020)

The movie boasts of stunning direction, blending background score, flawless VFX and obviously lead actor Tripti dimri's smile and her acting.. the plot can be guessed by a ten year old but still the film is able to command your attention throughout the runtime.. Anushka Sharma's clean slate film has churned up some of the best dark dramas in the past 5 years and this movie is no exception...
