The Gray Man (2022)
Started strong, but then devolved into a video game
We watched this movie because it had a 6.7 rating, but come on. I actually fall asleep in movies that revolve around the idea, "I'm just this awesome *kills infinity guys like nothing*", and that's what the last half of this movie was. That's too bad, because the first half had some charming characters and a good, eclectic soundtrack. Anyway, super disappointed.
Waffle Street (2015)
An unexpected gem
Waffle Street does not have a lot of flash, but rarely do you encounter a moral tale anymore, let alone one that is so simmeringly charming. I would actually rate this more like a 7, but hopefully my 10 will boost the reviews to a more deserving overall rating.
The Twelve Days of Christmas Eve (2004)
Better than others
I don't really think this is a 7 in the grand scheme of movies, but after watching 2 weeks worth of awful christmas movies with my wife, this one was a welcome relief. Some humor, some production quality, some decent acting, some heartwarming content. Should be at least a 6, so hopefully my 7 will bump it up a little
