The Haunting of Hill House (2018)
Best horror series I've seen
If you're a fan of horror this is a must watch! And one you should be paying attention to and not just have on in the background... why? Because you'll miss little hidden bits that lend to the creepiness of it. I'm still waiting for the next installment hoping that there will definitely be one and that it will be as great as the first.
Demolition Man (1993)
Awesome movie!
Don't trust anyone that gives this movie a bad review! It's a classic and one of those that I could sit and watch anytime it's on. Stallone, Snipes, Bullock, Leary... need I say more? Futuristic sci fi action flick with comedy thrown in. What's not to love?
Enterprise (2001)
Loved it
I am a Trekkie. Not like I used to be. When I was younger I would go to conventions. I was introduced to Star Trek with TOS reruns and I grew up with TNG and DSN. I have seen Voyager and probably all of the movies including the new ones. But there is something about this series.... as much as TNG was my first real TV show love, after rewatching this series I believe it may be at the very top of the list for me. I definitely was not a fan of the intro song, especially when the show first came out, but it grows on you and then it sucks again when it's changed. But that's neither here nor there as it doesn't impact the show itself. I really wish it had continued much longer. Even if you're not a Trekkie and just looking for a good Sci-fi show to watch, def give this one a chance.
The Call (2013)
A thriller worth watching
I was actually surprised by this movie. It really kept me on edge for most of the time, which means I didn't lose interest and wonder off as I sometimes do when a movie starts to bore me. I agree with many of the reviewers regarding the end of the movie, it is a bit of a stretch in some regards. But even still, if you're looking for a decent thriller to watch give this movie a go.
Deadly Delusion (2017)
A 3 just for the storyline
I don't even know what to say. I can't believe I finished this movie. I've rated a lot of movies on here but I think this is my first written review. The story/premise of the movie is promising and it could've turned out better, but the main character overacted too much. It just made it so unbelievable that a guy would be sticking it out with her when she can barely go outside without looking like a dog whose owner is holding a rolled newspaper over its head. That is what she looks like throughout the whole movie. Cringing and wide eyed and flighty or crying and breaking down for the whole movie. It was too much. Most people would try and act more normal than this in real life even if they thought they were delusional. I get it's a lifetime movie and I don't expect much usually as the storylines and acting are not up to par with most films - but go ahead and skip this one.
