Customisation the customisation is the best that I have seen in a game to date with 30 different customisation options of each there is 30 different hair styles to choose from many other customisation choices await you at the start of game there is so many different clothes styles to choose from which comes with its only looting grading system which is same system used on guns rare epic legendary and more the skill tree is the most impressive system that I have seen in any game ever this has portrayed it in the best way In this game
Weaponry
There is 100s of many different ranges of weaponry to choose from your common assault rifles to your melee weapons katanas and many more new weapons to discover like the smart weapon and many more weapons to discover there are attachments that you can add to any fire arm which I find is really great
Vehicles and bringing there engines to life
There are many 100s of vehicles to choose from ranging from vans to sports cars to off road vehicles and many more other amazing vehicles to choose from where you can show the streets of night city whos boss leading up to cyberpunk 2077 release the team worked really hard to bring the cars engines to life by placing microphone in engine bay of cars and other places where the sound of the cars engine would be effective to place the microphones in the certain spots of that vehicle with help from another company to achieve this and make the cars sound believable and they have achieved this the vehicles sound incredible in night city they used a race track to drive these cars around and use microphones to record there performances they recorded more than 40 vehicles as cd project red said this isn't even a racing game the team at cd project red are massive fans of Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger bike company arch motorcycles
Story no spoilers
the story is so immersive one of the most immersive storylines that I have experienced ever with your choices leaving long lasting impacts on all of the people around you and the choices in the game make you think before you make that decision the hype has really lived up for cyberpunk especially on the next generation of playstation 5 and xbox series x and s welcome to the next generation of open world games I have been playing cyberpunk 2077 for a week and I have only just completed the story yesterday it is such a long storyline with 4 endings and 1 secret ending with some endings depending on the choices you have made throughout the story with other characters can depend on the outcome of the end of your game I have completed 3 of these 5 endings and they were all really shocking im saving the 2 endings that I have not completed yet for the 2 other life paths when you complete one of these game ending I was playing as the nomad and I could go back to the autosave and do the 2 other endings with one of the 2 being that secret ending which is great and you can complete any other dialogue choices that you may have selected differently on that ending there are many dialogue choices that you can increase by adding perk points to the skill tree and you can unlock dialogue choices which would be unavailable if you did not have enough points for that dialogue choice you would see it but it wouldn't not let you select that choice as you would not have enough perks on that particular skill to activate thar choice when you do side quests for certain characters they will appear and will grant you a choice of who to Side with at the end of the game of course this all depends on your friendships with these characters when your progressing through the story you will need to do Side quests as the main story missions and side quests will be graded from hard to moderate to very easy and you could always take the challenge of doing the mission on very hard but you take a huge risk of getting crushed by the enemies as its recommended to do the side quests as you will eventually see that the main mission which will appear in red from very hard which willl drop down to moderate yellow where it will be more playable and easier to complete than to attempt the main story misson on very hard difficulty and this is not the games difficulty that we are talking about here this is the missions difficulty level that are taking about here this is how the missions it self will present itself to these difficulty levels and side missions will have this same mission difficulty to
Last generation issues
It a shame that it is not that playable with many areas of the game where it is laggy in places and npcs faces not loading in and appearing polygony and blurry and areas of the map like textures taking ages to load in and appearing blurry which really does break immersion when you can see areas of the map loading in when it should have already been loaded in when your exploring night city and at times the frames rates drop really low on base xbox and ps4 as there is a lot of hardware and frame rate and graphical issues and glitches and bugs I've seen that it played really well on ps4 pro and xbox one x cd project red are currently working on patching and fixing last generation versions of cyberpunk on ps4 and xbox one I do hope that people on base xbox ones and ps4 get best possible graphics and performance for that system and get fully immersed in cyberpunk 2077
Issues I ran into playing on xbox series x
I have only had 13 total bugs and before I start this is not at all a gripe at the game this game is still incredible with these issues as they did not interfere majorly to the story accept from some of these issues which were fixed by a quick reload of the autosave from the bugs that I had personally experienced Frame rate drop bug which fixed itself as soon as I loaded a previous auto save one frame rate drop during a mission where I was riding on the back of a vehicle shooting at enemies and the screen slowed down and everything around me this only lasted for about 5 seconds 2 instances where my hands were shaped like a gun and the gun took a little bit of time to load in to my hands this hardly occurred throughout the game which is really good 1 glitch occurred when I was infront of one of the npcs cars and they ran me over and I feel right under the map and I died and game reloaded and I fell under the map again the way I fixed this was to reload a previous auto save and this fixed the problem one of these issues was I could not talk to an npc for a while so I auto saved the game and reloaded this new autosave and that had seemed to have fixed that problem another bug I came across was one of the boss fights in the game was standing still for a little bit time I would say for a couple of minutes then they started attacking me and that seemed to have not occurred after that and the fight went on as it should there were some other bugs and glitches not mentioned in here as I cant remember what they were this does not take away from the amazing storytelling and the worlds immersion that the game shows you
The environment & the attention to detail
the graphics look incredible on the next generation it looks so real this game has been In development since 2011 and the graphics and characters in the world are so life like and the story and everything in this game really shows the hard work that the team and everyone involved has put into this game from the attention to detail from having a beer you can see it in the glass and you can see the beer going down as you're drinking the drink which is incredible from someone playing a guitar and seeing his hand move from one part of the guitar to the other part of it which is just great another is when Panema is driving and you can see her turning the steering wheel which I thought was incredible phenomal
Romance system you can engage in romance options for different characters in the world
Side quests and world are great as they really do add to the story and they are just as unique they are not always your typical head from a-b and you can get many great awards The world is really big as there is so much to do
Brain dance is a game changing feature in the game which I Will not spoil as it is an amazing feature and a game changer for sure
World map is huge othering a variety of huge opportunities like I said previously clothes stores ripper docs bars restaurants guns stores melee weapons stores and many more to explore have fun out there and night city and thanks again to everyone at cd project red Cyberpunk 2077 and everyone else involved in the making if of this game and bringing it to life and thank you to creator himself Mike pondsmith
Soundtrack The soundtrack is the best soundtrack I have ever heard in cyberpunk 2077 non spoiler review heard in a game ever it captures the tension and everything around you in that environment perfectly and the radio stations when your driving and walking around the city is just gorgeous as it all perfectly done and the great hard work that the team has put together sn absolute masterpiece of a soundtrack
I give this game a 9/10 a masterpiece for storytelling characters world graphics attention to detail vehicles everything Highly recommend you will not regret it
