My Wife Is a Gangster 3 (2006)

Love this. Its funny.

First of all, Shu Qi is beautiful. She is an eye candy for sure in this movie. And the 3 gangsters wannabe😅😂.

The genre of this movie are basically comedy and action. The plot is simple nothing fancy. Its an action and fun movie. Im a simple dude. When i see a comedy movie, all i want is to be laughing my a** and it did made me lmao.😂 The comedy, the excitement, action and a bit of romance make this movie a good movie.

The ML, i dont know his name, some of his scenes were so funny. I cant stop laughing everytime he is on screen. Especially his face expression is so damn funny. AND the car chase scene.. omg ,its so damn funny😂

FL on the other hand, nothing to comment. Shu Qi is great, as always. Its easy to love this movie when the FL is beautiful, right? Her acting was great too her chemistry with ML also good..

And before i forgot, the female translator. She is funny. Really2 funny. 😂

Overall its an entertaining movie. It did deliver the comedy. I enjoy watching this movie. I give this movie a solid 9/10.

Domina (2021–2023)

Oh my this was bad, bad. How can its rated 7/10??

If you expect this to be epic like Rome, no, forget about it, it is not. The plot is good but the the acting is subpar and the dialogue often times made me cringe.

This show clearly wants to promote feminism, about women power. I dont mind it if you are doing this right but everytime when there is something bad happened, Livia will save the day and everyone would just say "its because of her, we have to thank Livia" blah blah blah..

One question, Was the real Livia during the time when she was married to Gaius goes deeply into the politics, help to make many important decisions, or do the thinking for Gaius or the Senate, etc?? Come on. I dont think so and i dont buy it.

On top of that, the acting was not good enough. I really wanted to like this drama because i missed Rome. Rome was epic, truly one of the best Tv Show ever made. Sadly this shlw is nowhere near the level/quality of Rome.

Dune: Part Two (2024)

Overall it is good but the sequal cannot beat the Part 1

Overall, its a good sequel. Not great but good. I found some issues with the sequel.

First, the pace of the movie is very slow. If I'm not a fan of the story, maybe I'll fall asleep in the middle of the movie. Secondly, the Saudakar look weak and less formidable in this sequel vs in the first movie. In the first movie, we can feel that Saudakar soldiers are very feared, unmatched in strength but in this sequel, the fermen make it look easy to kill them. I don't get it. In first movie you make them look strong but in the sequel they look weak. Third, the final battle between the fremen and the emperor seems ordinary and not epic, unlike the war in the first movie when atredis fight harkonen.

The sequel is good but it lacks the epicness of the first movie.

Ghosted (I) (2023)

How stupid can this be?

I love both Ana de Armas and Chris Evans but the stupidity of the plot, i just cant take it. Its painful to watch till the end.

First, this movies have lots of issues. The acting, the script, cgi, everything about this movie were really below average, its bad. I dont want to give any spoilers but trust me when i say its bad, it really is.

If you're want a time waster like you dont really anything to do, or you're bored, then go watch but if u want a good quality Action romcom movie, then forget about it, not worth your time..

I didn't enjoy it at all, found this movie to be very stupid especially the plot.. Its sad because the Main Leads, both are popular, big names. But it failed to deliver. I was expecting more tbh because i like both Evans and Ana but actors only dont promise that the movie would be great. The plot has to be good too...

If you want to watch a good Action RomCom like this one but with better plot and acting, i suggest you watch KDramas. There are lots of kdramas that have better quality than this.

I gave 3 stars because there were moments in the movies that i felt OKay'ish but thats about it. For overall, its below average.

May It Please the Court (2022)

Great drama with a brilliant performance by the Female Lead

First and foremost.. my oh my.. the Female Lead was superb in this drama.. Her acting was briiliant.. she might not be the prettiest actress out there but she is an attractive lady and definitely can act, very2 talented.

Secondly, i like the Male Lead also.. His chemistry with the Female lead was amazing. Everytime both of them has a scene together, it was a joy to watch. I like the calmness that the ML brought in this drama.. He was always calm, cool and collected.

Thirdly, the plot itself was great.. i like the way the story goes.. yes it had its flaw and can be predictable at times but its not like it will make you boring to watch the drama, its just predictable but the acting will make you stick with the plot/drama throughout the end.

In conclusion, i really like the drama.. Mostly because of the Female Lead. This is my first time watching her and i have become a fan. Will surely be checking on her other projects. Imho this drama would not be that great if she wasnt in it.

The Company You Keep (2023)

Getting better with coming episodes but not perfect.

At the very beginning i was not feel anything watching this show. My first thought was the main lead, i did not get aby chemistry between the Main Leads (Milo and Kim). The scripts were cheesy at times and the acting was not memorable at all. At first, i felt this show was lacking but slowly as we get more fun stuff in the show, i was hooked. From episode 3 onwards, the chemistry between the casts have improved, the acting and the scripts also were improved a lot. The show just keep getting better and better and made me craving for more. Overall, i give this show a solid 8. Its promising and i cannot wait for the next episode to come.

Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area (2022)

Come on. Its not that bad. Its good enough to entertain me, at least.

The bad reviews for this deama really didnt watch pass the episode 1-2. Yes, its a copy from the original but thats happened on the first few episodes. As the story goes on, new things happened and that thing is not even in the original series. For me its decent enough to watch and its more believable than the original which has become a soap drama.

Give it a go, its decent. Really not deserve the 1-5 stars rating.

Again My Life (2022)

Good drama but...

Good drama overall but imo the ending felt rushed a bit. There are many questions left hanging without answer. For example, The mystery of Han Ji Hyun a.k.a the grim reaper? And Lee Min Soo, was he like Hee Woo? He also living a second life? And many more left unanswered.. It would be a better drama if they add 4-5 more episodes and make it a 20 episodes drama.

Snowdrop (2021–2022)

Watched it, Like it.. but the drama did not live up to the hype. Not the best out there.

Jisoo.

I pretty much watch the series because of Jisoo because i like her as a singer and a blackpink member and i know this is her first project as a main lead actress but im a bit dissapointed in her acting tbh. I have to speak the truth. I think her acting was flat throughout the series, not so convincing as an actress. She just mediocre at best. I hope she can improve her acting in the future, i still will root for her in her next drama.

Hae In (hero guy).

The hero on the other hand was good. His acting was really good and imo i think he really carried the drama to the end with his acting performance. He is really a good actor. If you like the guy you will be dissapointed by his acting in the drama, trust me.

The plot.

I like the plot but i think the pace of the drama could have been better because it was moving really slow to the point that i lose interest to watch it. But because of Jisoo i watched it till the end although i was not impressed by her peeformance. Like i said, i like her.

My conclusion is, if you really really like Jisoo and the main lead guy, yes, you should watch the drama, its not a terrible drama its good but its not an amazing one. If you want to watch this drama just because of the plots, my advice, just skip it. Its not that good. You will be dissapointed.

Sultan (2016)

Bad plot. Can't stand with Salman's acting

I stopped watching this movie after 30 minutes mark. Boring. There were some scenes that i found from this movie funny but that alone isn't enough to prolong my interest for the movie. Bad plot and bad acting especially by the main lead. Salman's acting was terrible in this movie. I judged him based on this movie and not his other movies. Imo, he lacked charm and charisma to play as a lead for the movie. Maybe if the director finds some other actors who can act and suitable for the role then it might become a different story. One good thing about this movie is anushka sharma. She act amazingly well for her character but she alone cannot save this disastrous movie. I gave this 3 stars just because of anushka's acting and because i feel some scenes from the movies funny.

Knives Out (2019)

Best movie of this early 2020

I have to say this..this movie is pure entertaintment. Daniel Craig as a detective..his acting was splendid.. Ana de Armas was great in this movie too. For me this movie had it all. The plot, the acting, the cast was 5 stars. its a very very well done movie. i dont have words to describe how brilliant this movie was but i will say that you will not be dissapointed to see this movie. 10/10. a must watch in 2020.

Charlie's Angels (2019)

I have never seen a supposed to be hit movie with a bad review like this one. Seriously, Its so Boooooring. Thats why i dont like all women as a main characters in movies. 8 out of 1p would turns out to be bad like this movie. Its not like i have a problem with women or anything, its not. Dont get me wrong, there's many movies that potraying a women as a main character that i like. For example, one of them is wonder woman, yes i love gal gadot in it. At least she's good at acting and the movie had soul in it. What this movie lacks was the soul. You will agree with me when your watching this movie. Want my advice? Dont waste your time on this. You'll not miss anything. For the feminist part, If you have an agenda why not you give it a go at the street rather than trying to send the message throughout the movie. I dont want to be rude at commenting, but every sane person with brain will hate this movie. Thats how bad the movie is.

Den of Thieves (2018)

A solid 7

The movie for me was solid. It had an amazing action scenes and some of the great acting. Especially the actor who played the main villain. He was amazing in this movie. Yeah i feel like the script could have been wrote better and more realistic but the great acting made up for that. Imo, the action movie does not need to be realistic instead having bunch of great action scenes and have to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. It kept me entertained untill the end.

Revenge (2011–2015)

Went downhill after Season 1

Season 1 was the best season for me. it had great plot and always kept me at the edge of my seat when watch it. imo, they should end this show at the end of the season 1. no point to continue making it for 4 season long. the appereance of david clarke especially on season 4 was just ridiculous for me. what did the writer thinking? when david re-appears, the episode should be the ending of the show but not the case. the writer had to introduce malcom black to made it look interesting to watch but it was not. i have rated 7 out 10 because of the first season. its good. but from the start of season 2 onwards, it really went downhill.

The Nun (2018)

this movie is GOOD but not as good as the conjuring 1&2

Its a good movie and its a scary one.. i love the scenery of this movie and the atmosphere was really great..its dark and scary.. but imo they could've done it better. in terms of the acting, the script and character developmet. i rated this movie 7 out of 10 is not because its a great movie but because i really love the conjuring franchise.. i think there are a lot of improvements to be done.. i hope they will make the nun 2 and make it more better than this one..
