The Christmas Cabin (2019)
Worst Christmas movie of all time
This has to be the worst Christmas movie that I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. I tend to watch the Hallmark and the lifetime movies every season and this takes the cake. My expectations for this movie or already in the garbage and this still could not meet any expectation. The acting in this movie is the worst I've ever seen highschoolers could've done better. The actors were bored and sounded like they were reading . The chemistry was less than lacking. The writing: preschoolers could've written better. The story is a similar story that you've seen before in plenty of Hallmark and lifetime movies but the execution not there. The editing was half assed as if they watched what we all watched and they just stopped caring not even halfway through. There is literally nothing redeemable about this movie. How this got green lit is a mystery to me.
A Christmas... Present (2022)
Nothing Special
Maggie's character is so unlikeable she doesn't care about her families needs or wants she goes about acting like she is the most important person and she has to plant everything otherwise nothing gets done while her family is just trying to have a good time. Then it goes on to say that she lost her faith towards the end of the movie while the whole time she's not even having a faith based Christmas. All her plans consist of commercialized Christmas plans and nothing that's faith based and if anything she pushes back on her brother when he tries to suggest anything else. Just a miss in my book completely. This is not what I was expecting. When Candace said she was leaving Hallmark to go to GAC.
Christmas at Maple Creek (2020)
Stiff
The acting is as stiff as a high school play with the student forced to play characters that they hate. I've seen better from theead actress I expected more out of her but I assume the director had a thing for actors who sound like they're reading the script because EVERYONE sounded like that. Barely enjoyable even for a hallmark-esk film.
