Inside Edge (2017– )

Amazing, fast paced show!

When I saw the season 1 two years back, I was blown away! That's why as soon as Season 2 of inside edge dropped, I started watching it. Season 2 was amazing! It is quite realistic and all the actors have performed well, especially Amir Bashir! The show is more and more interesting as each episode passes by and never lets you get bored. Eagerly waiting for season 3! Just release it in 2020 and don't make me wait 2 years for it(like I waited for season 2) Good job Amazon.

Chhapaak (2020)

Simple, yet brilliant!

Chhapaak is a brilliant take on the journey of an acid attack victim - Lakshmi. The movie is not over dramatic and is kept very much realistic. Deepika has done a fabulous job in this movie and she has brilliantly portrayed a variety of emotions. This movie made my eyes tear up. Take a few tissues with you when you go to the theatre to watch this... Kudos to Deepika for delivering such an amazing performance and Meghna Gulzaar for making a movie on such a sensitive topic. If you are looking for quality cinema, you cannot miss Chhapaak.

Dream Girl (III) (2019)

Hilarious movie!

I disliked the trailer of the film, but since there was Ayushmann Khurrana in this movie and the reviews were nice, I decided to go watch this film. My expectations were quite low for this film but Dream Girl turned out to be quite a laughter riot! Ayushmann once again proved what a great actor he is! Overall, its a good film with clean comedy which one can watch with the whole family.

Simmba (2018)

The original(Temper) is better

I would request everyone to watch the original south indian movie i.e. temper rather than Simmba. Junior NTR has done a far better job than Ranveer Singh. Bollywood must make good movies with original concepts and original scripts. Remakes just suck!

Andhadhun (2018)

Andhadhun is a masterpiece!

I just watched it today(I was a bit late to watch it but better late than never) in theatre. The fact that this film is still running in theatres speaks volumes about the quality of the film. It is a brilliant film and Ayushman Khuranna has given a masterclass performance(perhaps his best so far!). Go watch this film in a theatre, show some support for this film or else, do not complain when bollywood makes movies like race 3 or tiger zinda hai.

It is a pretty boring show. I watched an episode, didn't like it, then hoped that the show gets better moving forward but as I watched episodes 2 and 3, I found that it got more ugly. After watching Inside Edge I was pretty excited for more Indian shows on Amazon Prime but this one is just pathetic! Its like a torture. Utter CRAP! I hope this show doesn't go viral.

Dear Zindagi (2016)

A must watch for everyone!

Very few good movies are made in Bollywood these days. Forget good, Dear Zindagi is an awesome film. The way Alia Bhatt has acted in this film is first class! She is on her way to be the best actress of Bollywood. SRK, after doing a crap film like fan this year, has done a tremendous job in this film and has shown his class! This film is so relatable for the youth of our country. I recommend everyone to watch this film in theatres! Do not let it pass away. You WILL regret it if you don't watch it in theatres! Awesomely written, directed, executed and has awesome acting performances by the lead cast. It's something refreshing, something new, not your regular Bollywood film. So, just go watch it ASAP!
