Kaalakaandi (2018)
KAALAKAANDI- A Hilarious Acid Rollercoaster!
This film is hard to surpass through the one track bollywood entertainment consumers' heads. There's nothing to spoil here as the narrative is straightforward & compact both. But, the speciality of the screenplay is the climax! The climax is like Looney Tunes is on an acid trip. It's simply clever & funny. Saif Ali Khan (the protagonist) genuinely ran his character on the edge of psychedelia. Supporting casts i.e. (Vijay Raj, Deepak Dobryal) fell loudly wih a bang into the narrative so well. The director didn't get out from his 'Delhi Belly' hangover and thankfully it was visible as sky in the film. So, in short this film should be appreciated more & the underrated chain should be unleashed soon.
Goodly (2010)
WTF was that!
White torture is far more soothing than to watch this piece of shi#! I mean why the makers even exist in this planet? They should pack their bags & expedite far from our solar system. R. I. P. Film making, R. I. P. Acting, R. I. P. Everything!!
The Batman (2022)
THE BATMAN: An Instant Classic!
First of all, ignore the wooden-headed MCU kids whose stagnant brains situates light-years far from the ocean of film grammar & philosophy. Now coming to this masterpiece, it's a competition to the 'Dark Knight Trilogy.' Maybe I am going overboard but, this film deserves multiple Oscars. I mean, what a brilliant direction! Matt Reeves shined bright into the dark alleys of his own Gotham. The narrative structure is a post reminder of hard-boiled noir detective dramma. It's better not to go on the psychoanalysis of Pattinson's Batman & Dano's Riddler in this limited review section; it may not be fitted well. Talking about the acting performances, Dano (Riddler) gave his lifetime best without any qualifications. Pattinson is a nice reply to Bale (Dark Knight Trilogy). Even the junior artists (e.g. The roadside criminals) gave their soul on the lense. Each & every crew department gave their hearts to make this film to a mammoth scale. From the core of my heart, it's by far the best DC adaptation ever made aligning 'The Joker (2019)'.
Rose Crazy Rose (2010)
Worst movie worst!
Statutory warning: DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE. There's nothing enjoyable in this s#!t. Even a toilet cleaner advertisement is far more interesting than it.
Amar Aponjon (2017)
A pure commercial treat.
Last night I watched this movie with my wife. Honestly speaking, it's a purely heart-melting movie which surrounded us with a positive atmosphere. Watching from head to toe none can feel bored by a single second of this film. Casting, screenplay, background score-
everything was good. Speaking of cons, storyline was bit melodramatic. Anyway, nice cinematic experience!
Taranath Tantrik (2019)
Snake venom - not for everyone!
Basically I'm a Q's fan. People who use to watch his off bit movies probably know what do I feel about this masterpiece. Masala movie watchers will never apprehend the depth of this movie. It's just simply brilliant. Everything related to this movie is 'ahead of the curve'. Long live Q!
Thugs of Hindostan (2018)
An average potboiler.
I don't understand why do people hate this movie? I admit that it's not as good as some of the others by Aamir e.g. Rang De Basanti, Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par, 3 idiots, PK, Dangal etc. & so on but, it's not so bad that people are calling it a disaster. It's an entertaining period drama which anybody can enjoy with his/her family & friends. Direction, script & screenplay are below the average but, Big B & Aamir duo can relish our mood.
Gangs of Wasseypur (2012)
GOW: Great! Outstanding! Wonderful!
Firstly I want to thank the legendary director Anurag Kashyap for making this priceless presentation. No doubt it's the best classic revenge drama I have ever seen in Bollywood. Everyone in this movie gave their best performances. Specially Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Tigmaangshu Dhulia, Piyush Mishra, Richa Chadda & Pankaj Tripathi-they just hit sixes during the whole match! Talking about the direction, cinematography, fighting sequences, background scoring etc etc etc..everything related with 'Gangs of Wasseypur' are just wow! I just fall in love with this movie. As a result I have seen this movie more than thirty times.
