Scary Movie 4 (2006)
Scary Movie 4 - The tragedy continues.
It seems that with each new sequel the series gets worse. Sure I find it fun from time to time when they turn serious horror movies into.. well - laughter, but "Scary Movie 4" had few scenes that made me laugh out of pure laughter. Mostly I laughed due to others laughing. Not necessarily fun parts even.
I think the script was poorly executed to say the least. It is basically a reproduction of the 3:rd in the series. I think the series needs a actor/actress change, a radical one. Some new faces might make the series more "enjoyable". More like the first two in the series.
I think the current grade 5.4/10 is an okay grade. No more, no less. It delivered some good jokes, and the president made dumb was hilarious. But it has MANY flaws and things that could've been more well executed.
Better luck next time.

Rush Hour (1998)
The Beginning
Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. Well, what more is left to say? The dynamic duo started of with Rush Hour which, since I like action-comedy movies, is one of my favorites. It's a really cool match between awesome a**-kicking moves, delivered from the famous Chinese actor Jackie Chan, and the clumsiness and stupidity from one of the funniest men alive, Chris Tucker. It has it all, when it comes to comedy and dialogs. "I like to let people talk, that like to talk, and when they talk I can see how full of sh*t they are" Jackie spits at Chris Tucker and just that sentence gives you a glimpses of what is too come. Kapooow ! "Its just rush hour"

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001)
Good, but could have been better.
I have read lots of threads and comments about this film , and the majority I read (although not all in this forum though) seem to focus at the name; "This is not a Final Fantasy movie." Well, no, but yes it is. All Final Fantasys have their own story, their own plot, their own unique touch. Final Fantasy - The Spirits Within had a more realistic and futuristic touch, which for some, became to much. I enjoyed the movie, although I did not get to see it before it was released on DVD. I had friends who had watched it, all told me the same thing; "Its cool, but too short" and I can't necessary go against them, right? No, I believe they where right, its a bit too short, too few details and in the end, all happens really quick, but it was a well written manuscript, cool idea that maybe a bit MORE "Final Fantasy touch" could have been even better. The Spirits Within marked my soul. See it, enjoy it and be sure to take a close look on the outstanding animations from one of the worlds leading designers.

Batman Begins (2005)
Batman Begins
Well, first off, I must say; Bale, as mentioned before, is perfect as Batman. His acting performance in the movie is just outstanding, therefore my high rating. The movie itself, plot, dialogs and so on, its nothing out of the ordinary, but then you start to think about those 90's Batman movies. This just seem more realistic, more "Bruce" than "Batman" and with the perfect acting from Bale, it makes all other Batman movies look really dull and daft. They managed to put in a few funny lines as well, Michael Cane and Morgan Freeman gave the movie that extra "casual" yet serious, although funny touch to it all. I am impressed, more Bale, more Batman! Continue in style.
