A New Fantasy Show With The Old Classic Feels
2 August 2018
I was skeptical about this new show. I wasn't sure I would like it, even though I love the sci-fi fantasy world. I am a huge fan of Dean Devlin and follow him on social media & he was asking for his Lits (fans of the show The Librarians) to watch it & check it out. I set my DVR & the weekend after it aired I finally decided to watch The Outpost. I for one went in with a completely open mind, knowing this was supposed to be a brand new show, that was different than what was on CW currently. The show started and I loved the look & feel of the show. It reminded me of the old fantasy movies & shows I grew up with & loved! So I focused on the story line, and it was a good one. I like a strong female lead character. There were some troublesome spots, yes, but that is not uncommon for a pilot episode. There was a slight stiffness about Talon and Gwynn. The music & lighting seemed off just a bit in a spot or two. That being said.. the good made up for the pilot issues... the character Janzo with the quirkiness mixed with a shy ackwardness that was charming. I liked the charming Garret when he met Talon, but it was the interaction between Garret & Wythers that really set the hook. There was so much in that short conversation. The dynamics between the two actors it was excellent. The emotion was evident in the Captains face. That was acting at its purest. I have to say I was hooked to see what Ep2 brought. I felt like it would be much better because there is always an improvement from the pilot. I was right... watch it with an open mind. See the classic feel to it the way it was meant to be and enjoy a good story of fantasy!

Rescue 77: A Bumpy Ride (1999)
Season 1, Episode 3

Enjoyed this Episode **Spoilers Inside**
15 November 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I really liked this episode. You get a lot more character back story on Michael Bell. I really liked the back and forth with his father. Especially liked the mutual respect both have for each other by the end of the episode. We also get to see how well Wic Lobo (Christian Kane) works under pressure. He proves he knows his job and can think fast and do what needs to be done in the most stressful situation. He isn't afraid to push the rules to save someone. Even going against Hanson and causing him to go out in the field to see what they are dealing with. Its a wild episode with a lot going on in a short period of time. I love the dynamics of the cast. Its truly a shame the series didn't get picked up for a second season. Its a really enjoyable show. There are a lot of fast paced changes and its true to real life paramedics.

Rescue 77 pilot. Good show
7 November 2016
I missed this show when it came out. Came across it on Christian Kane's IMDb page so I wanted to check it out. It was a really good strong Pilot. I thought it set up the characters well and gave good back story. I really enjoyed the 3 main characters. Bill is more reserved and level headed but still concerned about people. Ryan has her problems to work through but a good solid character. Wic is the live wire. Fast on his feet as seen in the first 5 min. He is intelligent and knows his job. He is also is sure of his self and a joker. Christian Kane is a great actor and very talented even back this far in his career. He is still cute as a button and makes the show that much more watchable for this #Kaniac. I really enjoyed the show will watch the rest of the episodes.

Leverage: The D.B. Cooper Job (2012)
Season 5, Episode 6
10/10
one of my top 5 episodes of Leverage *SMALL SPOILERS*
4 November 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I really enjoyed this episode. I loved the story line and how the story of DB Cooper was told. I have seen a lot of DB Cooper investigation shows and this was really an excellent story of what possibly could have happen. I love the dynamics between Christian and Aldis on screen, it was a great change up of having Christian and Tim work together on this episode. It was great. The flash backs to the 70's where nicely done. I grew up watching the A-Team and this show is a modern day A- Team or Robin Hood type show. I have heard the cast say in interviews they were Robin Hoodliums. I absolutely love this series and I love the cast and everyone that worked to put this show together. I know it has ended but I highly enjoy watching is every Sunday on @ionTV!

*Spoilers inside* Hidden tailed showcased for Eliot/Christian
4 November 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I love this episode. There are several reasons why. First the guest star is John Schneider. Hello Bo Duke in the house and he is a wonderful singer/actor also. Second @ChristianKane01 aka #EliotSpencer gets to show off his wonderful singing voice. I didn't watch Leverage till the first of this year. Thats when I noticed Christian Kane. This episode had me researching who was actually singing. When I discovered Christain was also a very talented singer I became a Kaniac that day. I have to say that Parker/Beth done a wonderful job is this episode also. I love how they also done a word play on Christian's name for his character he plays and a play on the Kaniacs also. Its a wonderful episode and truly one of my top 5!

Excellently done western
26 September 2016
Any western with Tom Selleck in it is a good movie. He has the swagger and carries himself in a way you would expect a real cowboy to act. This was a really good story. These are just good ol boys trying to carry out the promise that was made to a dying friend. There is trouble they have to work through to keep that promise, but a real cowboy never goes back on his word. I admit I mainly got this to see #ChristianKane. This was when he was younger, but he played the green cow hand perfectly. Did not like the story line for his character. I read in an interview that at one point Christian fell off his horse and Tom looked down and said to get back on. lol! But over all this is a great movie! #kaniacforlife

Amazing attention grabbing promo
26 September 2016
***May contain SPOILERS*** Watched this promo today for the first time and was completely blown away! First of all Christian Kane is amazing in everything he does, but this really had the whole Eliot Spencer meets Jason Borne feel. There are some great actors in the promo as well. The 9 minutes you have to watch grabs your attention and hooks you and leaves you wanting to rush out to find it in theaters or order it online. I would love to see this become a full fledged film. I know #Kaniacs everywhere would line up to see Christian Kane play in a roll like this. Love Tim Hutton. Zulu 7 thanks for your input as well. I really hope to see this come to be a full length movie. It could give the #Leverage fans and #Kaniacs something to grab onto till the Leverage Movie.... Just saying... :)
