The Walking Dead (2010)
From 10 to 5.
This was favorite show EVER and now it's just one of my favorites. Somewhere in the middle on my top 5 favorite TV shows.
The show turned into disappointment ever since Carl died, not to mention Glenn and Abraham's death also disappoint everyone but I think Carl's death was the worst: he supposed to be a part of the change in the future. This show is definitely dead and haven't found a way to bring it back. Rick, Maggie and Michonne; the strong and main characters are leaving, how is this show getting better?
Now that this show only have few strong characters, please do not kill them in the story.
The Christmas Chronicles (2018)
A pefect family movie.
A fun movie to watch on Christmas holiday, or when you miss your sibling! Or just some random adventures you had. It's about two siblings adventure on proving Santa real existence and ended up in a Saving Christmas with Santa Claus. The characters are great, the story is also great and FUN and it's a perfect family movie!
Horns (2013)
A decent movie.
The movie is really light to guess who's the killer but it does not make this movie a fun killer because the story has a wonderful concept: the main character turned into a devil figure while trying to figure out who killed his girlfriend after being accused for murderer by the whole town. I like this movie, it's fast and interesting. Though I wish for a better ending that I imagined in my head: Ig didn't die and Lee went to jail, cause after all he needed (and deserved) to get his name back.
Summer of 84 (2018)
Would love to see a next of this.
I basically like a movie where kids follow their adventure instinct, it reminds me about my childhood that I could never get back or even repeat at this age. Every characters are incredibly fantastic, I like Woody for always standing by his friend's side, I like how Eats showed his feelings, I like Davey for being brave and I don't know what I like from Farraday, he's fine. I like how the story is just about them and their mission, so it's really fun to watch especially with a little comedy in this movie, I honestly laugh at them.
My favorite is actually the ending, when Davey and Woody went to sleep I thought it was the ending and I was disappointed, but then Mackey came to do revenge and kidnap them and I was excited because finally...there's gonna be a thrilling scene. It was really sad that Woody died because he's actually my favorite, Mackey also threat Davey and I actually wish there'll be a next of this.
Occupation (2018)
I like the movie.
The movie is definitely about aliens trying to find a new home cause of course, living things always screw things up. The story is good though I feel like almost alien movies go like this, the alien...isn't it too 'alien'? I find it exaggerated. I like Amelia character especially, she's fierce and strong. Didn't know this was Australian movie, it's really good.
Hereditary (2018)
Recommend horror movie.
This movie was one of the best horror movies I have ever seen! The story was fine just like any other cults story but what I like more about it was the plot and the cinematography, it's like their life was really recorded from the miniature house Annie has build. The acts were amazing and there was silence in their house ever since Charlie died which explains the grief on losing her, especially Annie because she wanted to speak to her child so badly and use the 'am-i-speaking-to-you' way.
My favorite scene was when three of them trying to call Charlie in their living room, it was the scariest part for me because how both Steve and Peter showed how they were really scared was AMAZING. It's kinda disappointing that Paimon finally got Peter's soul but not every movie got the ending we wanted right?
Talking about how horrifying the movie was, well it wasn't as scary as I thought but yes it still is scary for a horror movie.
Aliens Ate My Homework (2018)
It's boring but it's fine.
The movie was fine and I think kids will enjoy watching it. But personally I don't really enjoy it because I find the story was bit boring especially when they were doing the mission at school. But the plot was OK. The acts were also okay but I think Mickey's act...errhh annoying. I don't think I'd watch the next movie if there'll be one next, but yes I think kids would still love it.
Attack of the Southern Fried Zombies (2017)
1 star is enough.
I watched this movie and I literally can't laugh at anything even at the amateur editing. The story wasn't great, it boring me to be honest. Everything seems so silly, no one actually act really well. As a zombie movie lovers I highly do not recommend this to watch if you're planning because you'll be cringe the whole time. I get that this movie is really a low budget one but at least they could've helped the actors/actress to act better.
I mean it, everything is very silly in this movie.
It (2017)
8 out of 10.
I enjoy watching this movie a lot because it represents an adventure, a thrilling one to be exact. There are some predictable scenes and I think it's odd for me to see that the 80s don't really look like the 80s but overall, it was good.
I like how the monster represents a child's nightmare and the concept of not believing things we see will make it disappear is also very interesting which makes the adults think the kids are being 'kids'. That's what this movie about, a kid's nightmare right? Though, of course there were adult victims too.
In spite of I don't read the novel, I think the characters are acting very well. But I'm sure the novel version is definitely more complex than it shown in the movie. And I'm curious on the monster's history.
