I liked the funny and relatable characters portrayed in this series. Its light and fluffy with a little bit of emotions thrown in. I liked the lead character Devi brilliantly played by Maitreyi.

One of the best drama I have watched till date. Magnificent script,brilliant acting and excellent cinematography. I am amazed by the lead character Lin Shu/Su Zhe/ Mei Changsu played by Hu Ge, Terrific plot lines, character development and perfect end. This is a must watch.

This movie is awful.. People should stay away from this movie if they want to save their money and time.... The plot has so many loopholes,that you fail to understand whats going on...Except for Anil Kapoor and the new girl Pihu Sand,the rest of the cast are meh.... The songs are no good and for a movie based on music,it serves no purpose..........

I just watched padmavati. All the three leads Deepika,Ranveer and Shahid have done a good job.. Deepika looked very beautiful and acted well. Ranveer acted well and looked menacing,but in some portions his acting was over the top..Shahid was good too.. His acting looked natural to me and he had good chemistry with deepika.. Its sad that Shahid indulges in cheap jibes at other people's expense sometimes.. Its better he acts humble and stay grounded for his own career.. He does have the talent.... Aditi ,and Raza murad were good as supporting cast... Aditi looked pretty... I didn't like Jim Sarbh's character and his acting.. he was distractive and looked a bit fake as per me....Anupriya Goenka who plays Shahid's first wife was average and her crying scene looked fake... Some other actress should have been cast at her place...
Visually the movie was a treat.. Every frame was colorful and grand...The songs are good and gel with the movie.. Overall,I enjoyed watching the movie and I wish,the protests stop and people get to watch the movie...

I just finished watching Midsummer's Equation starring Fukuyama Masaharu. It is intriguing and is one of the those thrillers where the loopholes in the story are minimum. It is the better than many of the suspense/thriller movies that i watched where the story-lines where incomprehensible or had many loopholes and unanswered queries usually left to the imagination of the viewer.
I liked the pattern in which the suspense gets unfolded and presented to the viewer.
The entire cast did their part well. This is the second movie I watched of Fukuyama apart from Like Father Like Son. He is good in both.
I highly recommend Midsummer's Equatiion!

I have no words to describe how I felt after watching this movie. It made me think a lot about life,relationships,ambitions and regrets. This movie is not meant for people looking for light entertainment.
Satoh Takeru has delivered mind blowing performance with dual role of the postman and the devil. A postman who unexpectedly comes to know that he is going to die due to a terminal illness.After losing one by one,items which he associates with important people in his life,he realizes that a death without people to mourn for,A life which leaves no memories on people and a life whose existence is erased,is of no use. Its OK to have a mixed past(good+bad) and not able to live long enough to fulfill dreams,yet life gives us something to cherish and be thankful for.
A movie full of insight.A must see.

This is the first movie I watched,which didn't had song and dance sequence.This was for good,as this story doesn't need one. A brilliant story set in Bangalore about a new age techie and his retired father. It explores their relationship which changes from deteriorated condition to that of a warm one.Admit chaos they rediscover their relationship.
The lead actors Ananth Nag and Rakshit Shetty need to be applauded for playing father and son so effortlessly. They have taken the film to another level.
The director and story writer both have done brilliant job. The film is a Gem. Its a must watch.

A mindblowing entertaining mystery drama with wonderful performances

Well to start with,I have to mention that this drama is superbly entertaining till the end.
The central character to this drama is Yamaneko meaning 'wildcat' played wonderfully by the talented Kamenashi Kazuya. This Yamaneko's antics make you crazy. He has athlete's foot so expect him in flipflops and rubbing his feet all the time. Secondly he is terrible(bad) singer who loves to sing but hates it when people point out this to him. I wonder how difficult it might have been for Kamenashi to sing that way,considering he is one of the best singers. Thirdly he loves cup noodles. When he is not doing anything,he will be eating cup noodles. Fourth, he occasionally pees in his pants and never accepts it. Fifth,wears cat hats that look so cute on him. Not to mention the weird glasses that he wears.
With all this eccentricity,he is amazingly intelligent and witty. He exposes crimes and criminals with vigor. Has heart of gold and wants japan to see sea of change.
What the good thing about the drama is that the crimes are exposed in a funny and hilarious way. There are cheeky one liners uttered by Yamaneko that make you smile.Never in the drama you will feel bored or sad.
This drama is basically a mystery drama at its core. You will have goosebumps every-time twists and turns unfold. You need to watch the drama till the end to uncover the mystery.
Kamenashi Kazuya is a versatile actor. He has displayed wide range of emotions in this drama. Along with Kamenashi Kazuya,Narimiya Hiroki as Katsumura Hideo Hirose Suzu as Takasugi Mao are important characters. The rest of the support cast is excellent. The drama is made on good budget and the product has turned out to be excellent. This drama definitely needs a sequel.
There are lot of interesting things in this drama that I have purposely left out. You need to watch them.

No Words to describe the after effect of completing this show. It left with tears of happiness. The story is so realistic. Its touchy. What a great finish it has.
Mindblowing performances by the three lead actors - Kazuya Kamenashi(Shuji),Tomohisa Yamashita(Akira) and Maki Horikita(Nobuko/Nobuta). The young actors have so much understanding of their characters.Can't think,at their age,I was so intelligent and understanding. Kudos to them.Out of the three my favorite is Kazuya Kamenashi. He looks so handsome. He shows his three dimensional side too well.
Kazuya Kamenashi plays the role of Shuji who is the most popular guy in the school. He wants to make everyone happy and keep up his popularity.Somewhere within he is aware that he is not his true self in front of people.He has this habit of visiting a willow tree at the harbor before proceeding to school as he finds solace it doing that. Tomohisa Yamashita plays a eccentric guy Akira who wants to be friends with Shuji. Though he is rich,he likes to live like dime on street.
One fine day he meets a shy and introvert girl Nubiko near the willow tree which was plucked out by the harbor people. She turns out to be his new classmate.All the classmates bully her because of her low esteem and introvert attitude. Though Shuji acts cool in front of his classmates,he and his friend Akira try to build Nobuko's confidence and make her a popular girl so that no one bullies her. After several persuasion and inspiration from these two guys,she starts putting effort in changing herself.
A deep friendship starts building between these three and they do lots of activities to promote her popularity.
This drama is about friendship between three people.There is no melodrama and no over the top scenes. Everything seems natural. The girl Nobuko(named as Nobuta) doesn't undergo any dramatic change. The change seems gradual and realistic. There is no heavy-duty romance and love triangle as such. The school premises are set realistically and change that happens in the three people's life is gradual. You can understand and feel all the three characters.
Its a rare gem. Very few stories are written so well.Acting is top notch. Though the support cast is good,the lead three actors shine in their roles.
Also,it needs to be mentioned that the theme song "Seishun Amigo" is sung by the two male leads who are also pop idols. The song is great and it is picturised with two cute pigs(anime).

Can't get enough of Kimura Takuya. He looks so handsome with that hairstyle. He plays an eccentric brain scientist who uses unusual ways to solve cases.Each case he solves is fun to watch.
A lot money is pumped into this drama. We can see good analytic tools and scientific equipment used in this drama which is set in 2009. I just wished it had more episodes. Hope they come up with another series.
There are lot of guest appearances because of the various cases that come one after the other. Ayase Haruka plays the role of his assistant. There isn't must focus on her. This drama provides wholesome entertainment. For all kimutaku fans this drama is a must watch.

From start to end nothing seems wrong with this drama. Hiroshi Abe shines as a 40+yrs bachelor Kuwano Shinzuke who doesn't want to get married. Only after he meets a 40+yrs old female doctor who cures him forcefully for the first time,he begins liking her.
Its his transition for a solitude seeking bachelor to company seeking person that is worth watching. All the support cast fit well. They have given brilliant support.
The story shows the life of people who are having difficulty choosing right partners.

I watched this drama recently after a friend recommended me to watch. You need to watch all the episodes to completely understand the story and theme of this drama.It is based on the novel "Kazoku Gemu" by Yohei Honma. The lead is played by ARASHI group member Sho Sakurai.
The story revolves around dysfunctional Numata family who appear perfect on the outside. Internally the family has lot of unsettled issues. The family consists of father,mother and their two sons. Each of the members have their shortcoming which they try to hide from each other and don't have courage to acknowledge,accept and change themselves.
The family hires a tutor Koya Yoshimoto(Sho Sakurai) to tutor their youngest,under-performing son who hates going to school.The tutor manipulates the family members in a way that leads to their breakdown. They finally acknowledge openly their shortcomings and put effort in changing themselves.They try to build family bond which was missing earlier.
School bullying and hypocrisies of the society are used as main theme.
Watch it if you want out of box dramas.

Watched this Thai drama after reading reviews saying it is better than the original Korean Version.I haven't watched the original yet. This is my first Thai drama and I am glad that I watched it till the end.
The lead pair carry the entire series on their shoulder. Don't expect much from the second leads(they looked boring). Both the leads are good looking and compliment each other well. The lead actor D'Angelo Mike looks handsome and has acted extremely well. He plays a superstar of Thailand having bad temper and acts without thinking.He carries the aura of a superstar convincingly.He has unsettled issues with his father and hence rarely interacts with him.
Got to know that D'Angelo Mike is an Idol in Thailand and is part of Golf-Mike Thai pop group. He sings well,dances well and acts well. An all rounder. Will watch more of his work.
The lead actress Manaying Sucharat(Aom Am) looks cute. She plays a struggling script writer in the drama.She is very abrasive in the beginning with the lead actor but as the story progresses she mellows down and falls in love with Mike.
The story picks up very slowly in the beginning and if you have patience to watch first 4 episodes then you will continue to watch till the end.
Most of Seoul's famous tourist spots have been covered fabulously.The OST is sung by the leads themselves and is melodious. The Highlight of the drama is the lead pairs romance. Don't miss the last episode. The drama is a must watch for die hard romantic drama viewers. The only thing that let me down is the second leads. Both looking boring and were not that engaging.

Hero (2001) series - It is must watch for Kimura Takuya fan. The character that he plays Kohei Kuryu is an eccentric prosecutor who visits the crime scenes to solve his cases unlike other prosecutors who take care of their cases in office.
Initially disliked by his colleagues,he eventually influences them and wins their heart.

She initially hates Kuryu for his mannerisms,dress and his love for buying bizarre items from infomercials and the home shopping network. But as the series progresses she eventually starts liking his company and falls in love at the end.
This drama is not a hardcore serious legal drama. Rather it is light and has lot of comic relief.The other prosecutors in the office have their own stories and the way they interact makes it fun to watch.

This is the first drama that got me hooked to J-Dramas. I watched it recently though it was aired long time ago 1996. It still fresh and relatable even today.All the characters are well developed and the actors have given outstanding performance. I became huge fan of Japan's heartthrob Kimura Takuya. He is an excellent performer. Very natural. I watched some more of his dramas (Hero,Pride etc). In each he plays all together different characters with different body language. He looks so natural in all his dramas.
The supporting cast also did a good job. The story may seem slow at the beginning but I suggest you to complete watching the series to realise how awesome it is.
Also I need to give credit to lead actress Yamaguchi Tomoko for pulling off her role so effortlessly. Her chemistry with Kimura Takuya is excellent. For all Kimura Takuya fans,this drama is a must watch!

This movie id one of the crappiest thing. Nothing is good about the movie.In half an Hour you realise the story is going nowhere. Salman has over-acted and it is his worst performance till date. Was expecting a good family drama from Sooraj Bhartajya and Salman Khan. It didn't even have a story.
Please avoid this movie if you want to save time,money and peace of mind.I am still confused as to how it could manage to be a Block Buster earning more than 200 crores.Songs are a disappointment. I don't know what Armaan Kohli is doing here. He is a sore.He has acted very badly. I didn't understand the climax at all. Neil Nitin Mukesh has no scope for performance. Even Anupam Kher doesn't have a well defined role.
Sonam Kapoor looks good in all the costumes. Apart from that there is nothing for her to do. Swara Bhaskar is wasted. Salman's double role is an old formula which TV serials still use. The story is over dramatic.

This is my first Chinese drama that I am watching and I must say Wow! This drama will keep you on edge and you wont feel like taking break. The Lead Protagonist Wallace Huo acting is excellent! He looks so handsome that I couldn't take my eyes off him. He acts brilliantly. I have become a huge fan of his and will watch more of his work. He excels as Criminal Psychologist with high IQ and his romantic/emotional scenes with the leading lady look so convincing.
There are lots of twists and turns in the movie. Lot of mystery to keep you glued to your seat. Didn't find any loopholes in subplots and the cast seemed perfect. Leading lady Sichun Ma is just about OK. The rest of the cast did an excellent job. I wish the foreign actors used were still better. Nevertheless they acted convincingly.
I am just waiting to watch last two episodes(23 and 24). Hope they are available soon. The drama will end along with year end.
Watch this drama for Wallace Huo. He is just perfect!!

Leading lady Sichun Ma is just about OK. The rest of the cast did an excellent job. I wish the foreign actors used were still better. Nevertheless they acted convincingly.
I am just waiting to watch last two episodes(23 and 24). Hope they are available soon. The drama will end along with year end.

What a plot! Actor Ji Sung's acting is mind-blowing.He has portrayed 7 different characters with utmost sincerity.Kudos to this man!! I think only Ji Sung could have done justice to the role.Actress Hwang Jung-eum also played her part well. The chemistry between both leads was excellent. Other support casts were good too. The music is excellent too!!

Drama has excellent plot. Great work done by lead actor Lee Seung Gi(Lee Jae Ha).The transition from a Brat to a responsible King and a caring lover was very well portrayed by him. He was charismatic throughout. I have become a great fan of his. Though he is much younger and less experienced than actress Ha Ji Won(Kim Hang Ah),he has equaled her in acting department.Actress Ha Ji Won is great as always. The second leads also played their part well.Thankfully there are no love triangles or quadrangles here. The drama also showcased the life of Kings and the political turmoil/threat they face every day.Only one thing that didn't go well with me,they shouldn't have killed second male lead at the end. It was sad.
