There were moments I totally forgot that this is Kristen! It was so strange! I have watched so many movies with her - this was a totally different person! The movie is not my cup of tea. It left me sad and even slightly depressed, which means it was really good! The loneliness was so vivid and explicit! Well done!

I enjoyed it. It felt like a song. It might be awkward comparing a movie to a song, but it really felt like a nice old song.... Yes, there was violence and sex, but also something romantic and eerie.... Strange combination, but it was appealing....! It also made me think how many times humankind had all the existential answers within its grasp but our arrogance prevented us from seeing them. We are champions sometimes in watching without seeing.......πππ #TheShapeOfWater.

#Mortal We just watched it. I don't understand the rating, I loved it! Very different from the American blockbusters, but in a very good way! Intriguing and well made! You don't know what will happen next and the ending is very awesome and unexpected! It gave me shivers. There was some religion, mystery, some action, great special effects. Not to mention the amazing Norwegian nature! Great actors! But the story was really the best! I think they needed some more time to develop the story more. Anyway, I hope they make a second movie! ππΌππΌππΌ

Comedy with sad message

I like movies which through comedy tell a sad story. It is not easy to be Cypriot and to have to leave your house and to only take what you can carry! Not easy if there are other people living there now, sleeping in your room, drinking your water. But it is also not easy not to be Turkish but also not Cypriot. Both sides are miserable.....

Hmm... moral dilemma: very good but underpaid educator steals millions from the school, but also develops the school to be one of the best. The students are getting in Harvard, Yale, etc.... The neighbourhood got safer and the properties got more expensive. Everybody benefited from the good school.
Still, theft is a theft. It is sad that you can get rich selling houses, but you cannot get rich teaching the young generation. You shape the future of the whole country by teaching, inspiring..... but you cannot get as rich as you can get by owning a business for example. Sad and awkward, don't you think? #BadEducation
