Oh my word
4 October 2021
I can't believe Stephen Dillane actually agreed to be part of this inane drivel. Everything about it, be it the acting; plot; lighting; music score & directing is absolutely woeful. I sincerely hope Lydia Leonard has a day job to fall back on because she can't act for toffee.

Don't bother wasting your time watching.

Fire the schedulers
28 May 2021
How is a show expected to garner or gain traction when idiotic schedulers keep interrupting it. If they can't be bothered to put together a decent uninterrupted run, then I can't be bothered to continue wasting my time watching the show.

Cuprinol Urgently Needed

OMG! I can usually last a full episode before deciding whether to persist with a show or not. With Cypher, I only had the pain threshold to withstand viewing for 22mins before reaching for delete button with one hand & a spew bucket with the other. Dingle Wall & Krause are so bad & wooden that casting scarecrows in their place might have been a better idea & more plausible. How on earth can you ever call that 'acting'? Don't waste your time with this. It's time that you will never, ever get back

Great German TV
27 September 2020
I thoroughly enjoyed watching all 3 seasons. I was a teen (from the UK) during these years, so I remember quite vividly the goings on & music from this period of the Cold War era.

Wooden acting
25 September 2020
OMG I never quite realised just how bad of a TV actor Kenneth Branagh was. Little wonder he 'made' his name as a stage actor because he is truly awful in Wallander. This is a shockingly bad adaptation of Wallander with a wooden cast, poor scripts & horrendous goofs throughout. Watching the first 2 episodes was akin to wading through treacle. Episode 3 however, finished me off completely. It was absolutely appalling.

Most comical German accents.....ever!
12 July 2020
Oh my word, Dormer & Kinnear's German accents are quite possibly the worst I've ever had the misfortune of listening to. Which is some feat given that I sat & watched (or rather endured) a few episodes of 'Allo 'Allo. In fact, every time they speak I'm half expecting Michelle from the French Resistance to leap out and say "I shall repeat this only once"....in her equally as phony French 'accent'.

Horrendous

OMG I have never watched a show that was this bad. The acting (if you can truly call it acting) is appalling. I think that these gingerbread men cookies that I'm currently eating have more personality and could probably act better.

Masterchef UK & Australia Hands Down
19 September 2014
Wow - I find it astonishing that the BBC have allowed Ramsay the crow's feet philanderer to hack to pieces it's version of Masterchef.

To my knowledge he's never done any cookery shows for the BBC, he's always usually commissioned by either Channel4 or ITV. His only appearances on the BBC is usually when he's in the news i.e. extra marital affairs, losing millions from his business portfolio's because of a major fall-out with his father-in-law or because he was named and shamed for palming off ready made meals as being freshly cooked on premises.

Little wonder he spends so much time across the pond!
