Stealth (2005)
6/10
A good, not great, action flick
31 July 2005
"Stealth" is a good, but not great action flick. It is about a team of 3 expert pilots who get a new pilot added to their squad. However it isn't an ordinary pilot, its a digital pilot. Its name is ed and the plane flies itself.

The computer graphics are eye candy and its hard to tell the difference between reality and the computer graphics. The story is very hard to follow and you might get lost if you don't pay close attention, however the action makes up for that. There is plenty of shooting and explosions to keep you on the edge of your seat through the entire movie.

Overall "Stealth" is an enjoyable movie.

The Fog (1980)
7/10
A Carpenter Classic
24 May 2005
Warning: Spoilers
The Fog is probably John Carpenters best movie, besides Halloween. This movie has a very unique story that will keep you wanting to watch and find out what happens next. The story is about a ship that crashed while in a mysterious fog on April 21st at midnight. The story takes place 100 years later in a town by the beach. The fog mysteriously returns at midnight and reeks havoc among the town. The members of the ship that crashed kill violently with no mercy. No one in the town is safe. You later find out that the ship crashing was no accident. There is a murder plot in all of this. If your a fan of John Carpenter then this is the movie for you.

A great MGM midnight movie
24 May 2005
Warning: Spoilers
Killer Klowns From Outer Space is a great MGM midnight Movie. This movie is a classic that should be seen by all horror fans. There are a few scenes that are really great, such as the shadow puppet scene. A clown is doing shadow puppets up against a building and a group of people are watching. Then all of the sudden the shadow turns to a dinosaur looking creature and eats the spectators. This scene and many other scenes make this movie outstanding. Officer Moody (played by John Vernon) is a character that will make everyone laugh. Even though this movie may not have the FX of today's movies or the acting it is still great. I highly recommend this movie.

Phantasm (1979)
7/10
A Classic Horror
24 March 2005
"Phantasm" is one of the top horror movies of all time. Even though it is old it delivers plenty of scares. The special effects are pretty good and the story is excellent. The acting is superb especially by Angus Scrimm. There is some blood and gore for people who like that. I highly recommend "Phantasm." I'm sure you will enjoy it. It is one of those movies that is old and might not have the same effects of todays movies, but is still great. Next time your in the movie rental store I would suggest checking this movie out. If you've already seen "phantasm" there are a few great sequels that I also recommend. I enjoyed "Phantasm" and I know you will too.

Scarecrow Slayer (2003 Video)
1/10
A piece of trash
20 March 2005
"Scarecrow Slayer" is a disgrace to all horror movies. There is practically nothing good about this movie. The acting was horrible, almost everything that happened was in computer graphics(and very bad computer graphics), and the story sucked. The picture looks like like it was purposely messed up and you can barley hear the dialog. If you are looking for a scary movie to watch this is not it. In fact if you are looking for any kind of movie to watch this is not it. I recommend any movie in the world besides this movie. I have no idea how this movie got put on DVD or even filmed. How anyone like this movie is beyond me.
