It's too cute!

I love this anime. And i don't care how much people diss it. I think it really does a good job showing how hard a same-sex relationship is. I also like that they had the sex scenes muted here. Because as we all know...the sex is not the important thing here, its the relationship between the characters. I also love the message: it is possible to get over the past and rebuild a broken relationship. Takano and Ritsu have such chemistry towards each other and the fact that Takano never gives up no matter how angry Ritsu gets at him is heartwarming. It's romantic, it's hilarious (the faces in this anime are PRICELESS) and its just too damn cute!

Delightfully Chilly.

This movie is a masterpiece of horror and suspense. It's sad that Stephen King didn't like it, along with a few others....

I really don't understand why it's gets the treatment that it does. What's not to like? I love the characters, the effects, and the plot. It's full of scares, terrifying images, and perfectly placed music. It's sure to please any horror movie lover. So, why do people treat it so badly? Here's my suggestion; if you're gonna watch it, make sure you're in the right mood. Like on Halloween. That's the best time to watch it. Treat yourself to The Shinning if your in the mood for a horror ride.

Oh....my God. Who would even- how did this- WHO?- *sigh* See, this is the reason I'm concerned for the future of humanity. Is this seriously what we're showing to kids nowadays? Whatever happened to Disney films? Why are we showing kids a film this ugly and fetish? Why? I may be 16, but throughout the entire flick I felt disrespected. The animation looked like it had no heart put into it. It's as if the producers were going: "Screw it. We're gonna put no effort into it because we are lazy and need money for beer." The plot was so rushed and there was never a moment for the audience to comprehend what was happening. It feels broken as it's going. It would've been OK if they used certain scenes to get in more story. But instead of doing that, the producers just threw in some filler. Plus they added in puns that wouldn't even make a five year old giggle. Also, was Larry Kassonof...horny or something when he made this? Because this feels so fetish. I mean, the main villain tries to seduce the main protagonist. Also, the love interest is a furry. And there are so many innuendos. "Yo hotcakes! Nice packaging! Want some chocolate frosting?" "I wanna scrub your bubbles!" "Dan's your man! Melts in your mouth, not in your hand!" KASSONOF! THIS IS A CHILDREN'S MOVIE, YOU FREAKING PERVERT! DID YOU JUST MAKE THIS TO GET YOUR JOLLIES?! I tell you. It makes me sick. There is no respect. None. Nothing can be found. Foodfight. is the most heartless, perverted, scum-filled, unenjoyable, lazy "film" ever to hit the trash can. It hurts.

Oh...Where to Even Start...

I'm just gonna make this short and sweet: This is the most awful film EVER made! And no, I cannot emphasize that ENOUGH! The script is awful, you can tell that they are trying to sound smart to impress their audiences, those audiences being people that had their brains replaced with cheese. But to normal people, it just sounds retarded. The acting is horrible, there is little to no plot, and OH MY GOD!!!! THE ANIMATION!!!!! As a animator in training, I know the difference between good and bad animation, and this is defiantly the lowest common denominator. I don't even KNOW how to do CGI animation and I can probably make this in an hour with nothing but a cardboard box and a paperclip!!!!! It truly is THAT bad! For the sake of yourself DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!!!! My Rating: -84/10 ******BOMB!*******

A Confusing, Dark, and Wonderful Mess.

Warning: Spoilers
After watching many reviews on this movie and hearing so many people recommend it, I decided to check it out. And overall, it's not the worst thing I saw (I've viewed Ratatoing, and Foodfight!) but it's still pretty wretched. I will admit that the movie is kind of compelling in a way. I use that term lightly. It's pretty interestingly set up. Johnny has a fiancée named Lisa, and they are getting married next month. Johnny is satisfied with his life, but Lisa is not. She decides that she doesn't love Johnny anymore, and has an affair with his best friend Mark. And that's basically the whole plot. And being fair, it was pretty intriguing. I was interested to see where it was going to lead. But apparently the writer/ producer/main character of the movie Tommy Wiseau got confused and threw different stories at us during the movie. And that brings me to my gripes about this movie. Here's a list: 1. Misunderstood character development 2. Scenes that try to add character development, and not only fail, but feel pointless during the movie. (Ex. Denny taking drugs, Claudette's breast cancer, etc.) 3. Repetitive scenes (We see Lisa talking to her mother numerous times, Lisa and Mark having sex, Mark, Jonny and Denny throwing a football around randomly, shots of San Francisco with the same music..... Must I go on?) 4. Tommy Wiseau cannot act. I'll just leave it at that. 5. Why are Johnny, Peter, Denny, and Mark playing football in their TUXEDOS?? 6. TOO MANY LONG SEX SCENES! I honestly think that Tommy Wiseau was trying to do a porn film. So with that being said, my favorite part was the ending. SPOILERS!!!! Lisa's affair is finally unearthed by Johnny, she leaves, then Johnny goes completely insane. Tearing the place apart and killing himself. It was the most intense and dramatic thing I saw, and I actually felt sorry for him afterwards. To wrap it up, I do recommend that you watch this movie at least once. It's bad, but it IS entertaining. RATING: 3/10
