Despite totally rushed and washy ending scene I think it was a decent episode and clearly the best so far in season 3. Okay, the opening scene is also poorly written with its endless hammer-spoon-metaphor.
The dialogue has still too much exposition but the pacing and camera compositions were great in this one. Cinematography was mainly static, including the beautiful wide shots and editing was calmer.
The structure of a episode was also much sharper, the rhythm slower, the characters relied more to the story and the politics were kinda interesting this time. An emotional impact is at least somewhere.

I must admit that the last couple of episodes somehow improved in several ways and didn't leave such a bad taste in my mouth. The standard of the series has fluctuated from terrible to decent, but the actors have gotten more space as the series progresses, and the pace has generally calmed down.
