The Day After Tomorrow (2004)
Day after tomorrow my opinion
If one realizes that as bad as the film day after tomorrow may be to some, I can say that, In all respect, this film was very good taking into consideration that such a catastrophe could very well be fact if it happened in a realistic lifetime. Do not condemn this film because the result seems to me as a very possible occurrence. We must understand that the compilation of the film disasters arises to be a strong possibility in our everyday factual life. Watch the disasters on the news today. Hails of ice the size of golf balls, rain in driving torrents, twisters forming its vortex over cities and such. The disaster in this film can be a very real affair in full detail as it had appeared in this film. If you observe the various storms on Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, the storms are quite similar in vivid detail. Tidal waves are no laughing matter and we have witnessed many in number across the world. I would not condemn this film in the least.

King of Kings (1961)
The life of Christ and its meaning
The king of kings is the most stirring film I have seen.. I rate it the very best of films. It is most compelling and dramatic portraying the life of Christ. I suggest people to see it. Perhaps the world would be in a far greater place to live. The actors involved are of the best grade in the field and present the picture with outstanding human emotion. The film, I must add, is of great value to all with common sense. I have seen it and seen it again with interest of the fullest. It is truly the greatest story ever told in all its value. I suggest that more of such films should be made. Life existing two thousand years in the past is a large contrast today in living standards and conditions. However, it may be said, that one can relive the events from the biblical tones of the bible.
Tycus (1999)
perhaps a futuristic horror from space.
One must place aside the core of the story with the confines of the security mine in order to save a certain amount of people from the catastrophe yet to accur shorty in the chapter of their lives. We must, therefore, concentrate on the comet impact from striking the moon and delivering its payload of death on the earth. I wish to remark on the special affects on buildings and surroundings with the most horrifying devastation to humankind . If such a demonic occurrence from the cosmic depths actually happened, and I most certainly believe that it will, then the film, Tycus, will be excepted as a valuable asset to our knowledge.
The Bunker (2001)
world war two lunacy
It is very difficult to believe that , during the years of world war two, such a man could exist as Hitler in a civilized world as we know it. The dreams of world domination and the human beings he had murdered so ruthlessly. How can any human being with a grain of decency could commit such crimes on the face of this earth. How could a man possibly believe that he could dominate and conquer the world from shoreline to shoreline and succeed in doing so, while by doing so, remained in his underground tomb of a bunker, conduct his military that were dwindling against the over powering allies, and still remained hopeful for victory. This is certainly beyond my knowledge of understanding. The film entitled, the downfall, and the bunker starring Anthony Hopkins, are indeed excellent examples of a lunatic man with twisted dreams. Hitler had been good in the beginning for Germany, but when the lust began for taking the world and the crimes he had done against the human beings was truly deplorable.

Emperor of the North Pole (1973)
the depression years and the railroads
During the tragic era of the depression tramps survived along the railroads as the only means to travel from one destiny to another and existing on the handouts in towns and the farms. The brutality involved here was, indeed, a horrific affair. The railroad watchman and the detectives constantly searched out the vagrants and brutally mishandled them. The film, emperor of the north, portrays such an era and the ruthless men that they punished. I have truly enjoyed this film from the beginning to the very end. It has every aspect of a real winner in the field of film production. The freight cars were the second home of these unfortunate peoples in a world struggling to overcome the depression years. I suggest that others whom have a movie interest to see this remarkable film.

An American in norway
Custer of the West (1967)
custer was a murderer
Custer and the army as it was then condemned the indians and drove them from their homes. He, as well as the others of that time, treated the Indian with no respect and labeled them savages. They were driven to hate the army and the settlers, whom ruthlessly and horribly, destroyed their livestock, their homes, their dignity and honor. Such were the crimes committed by the government in washington. I suggest that you read the book bury my heart at wounded knew written by Dee Brown. The book tells the story how the Indian was mutilated and destroyed by men like custer and others.

Quo Vadis (1951)
the fear within the souls and minds of the condemned.
An outstanding film at its very best portraying the world of Rome as it existed two thousand years ago. I value this film and I firmly believe that it can not ever be surpassed. Truly a great spectacle and worthy for any whom are interested in the early Christian existence in a barbaric and pagan world. I can only feel the most ardent desire to piece together the various chapters of the people as they existed during such a time into the twilight of the past. Even as one attempts to visualize the condition within that era and its tragic, envi, it still remains, as we see it, a terrible and treacherous chapter in our history of the world.
Thank you Ronald Eck
